Some files on the USB device cannot be read| Īhe types of files readable via the USB interface should comply with the specification. Ensure that the ĪV supports this type of files (see the “Play Media Ïiles from a USB Storage Device” section)
Crackling or humming sound during operation or upon shutdown| Īhis is a normal occurrence caused by thermal contraction of the plastic during temperature and humidity fluctuations. Īhe ĪV can emit a quiet humming noise caused by electric circuit operation. Īhis is not a malfunction
Slow response to control commands| Īhe ĪV requires a certain time for the proper execution of a control command. Make a sufficient break between different control inputs to ensure stable operation of the ĪV. Īhis does not affect the functionality of the ĪV and is not a malfunction
Online video playback is jerky or retarded| Stop the playback, wait for 2 to 3 minutes, then resume the playback. Īhe wrong tariff plan may have been selected with your Internet provider. It is recommended to use a tariff plan with a minimum data transfer speed of 10 Mbit/s. Īhe speed can be reduced if additional wireless devices are connected to your home WLAN router. Check the router specifications and settings, replace the router in case of malfunctions
One of the installed third-party applications
does not work (or operates without sound, or has other malfunctions)| Īhe problem is probably related to the software (application) itself. Īry to start it again later or contact the customer support service of the developer company.
Īhe Manufacturer shall not be liable for the functioning of third- party applications
Wireless mouse does not work (cannot be controlled)| Install a new battery or replace the depleted wireless mouse battery. Ensure that there are no obstacles between the mouse and the transceiver connected to one of the ĪV’s USB ports and these are located within “line of sight” from each other. Replace the wireless mouse if necessary
---|---
An embedded menu is missing, control malfunctions occur| Disconnect the ĪV from power supply, wait for one minute and plug it in again. Reset the ĪV to factory settings (see “Restore Default Settings” section)
You have forgotten the login and password of your Yandex account| Use the suggestions in the Help section of Yandex. Passport: Yandex. ru/support/passport/troubleshooting/
Internet connection problems| –  Ensure there are no connection problems on the part of the Provider:
• Īry opening the yandex.ru website in a smartphone or computer. If there is no access, restart the router. If this does not help, contact your provider.
•  Connect the ĪV to mobile Internet via your smartphone. If the ĪV connects and stably operates with a mobile Internet connection, then the Wi-Ïi connection problem is probably related to your provider.
–  Īhe Wi-Ïi connection should be stable for proper ĪV operation.
Place the smartphone neat the ĪV and check the connection signal strength. If the indicator shows less than half of the maximum strength, move the ĪV closer to the router or connect it with a cable (see “Re-Connect to the Internet”).
–  Restart the ĪV (see “Restart or Īurn Off the ĪV”).
–  Set up the Internet connection once again (see “Restart or Īurn Off the ĪV”)
Problems with the Yandex.Plus or KinoPoisk subscription| If you have a Yandex.Plus subscription – study the recommendations on the website yandex.ru/support/plus/troubleshooting.html. Information on KinoPoisk HD is available at yandex.ru/support/ kinopoisk/subscription-kinopoisk.html

Warning: do not allow the image in the screen to remain static for a prolonged time. A high-contrast static image can leave a “shadow” on the screen. Usually this “shadow” will gradually disappear then the TV is turned off. This malfunction shall not be considered a guarantee case.

MAINTENANCE

Thorough and regular cleaning can extend the service life of your TV and prevent possible problems. Always turn the TV off and disconnect it from the electric socket before any cleaning activities. Use only dry cloth to clean the TV.
