Product Information
The freestanding bath is a bathroom product designed for two-person assembly. The bath is not designed to take weight on the rim, so it is important not to sit or stand on the bath rim. The product is protected by a warranty that does not cover scratches or damage incurred during installation. The bath comes with specific tools required for installation, including a spirit level, wrench, tape, marking pencil, and silicone gun. Flexible connectors and waste traps are not supplied with the product.
Product Usage Instructions
- Receive Your Bath: After receiving your bath, please unpack and remove all covering, checking whether there is any damage. Repack the bath if it is not being immediately installed. It will be rejected claim for damage if not notified in a timely manner.
- Protect Your Bath: Before commencing and installation, ensure the bath is completely protected, and leave the covering in place until the bathroom is complete.
- Installation: Set the feet of the bath at 3mm above the floor as shown in Figure 1. Install the flexible connector as shown in Figure 2. Apply silicone around the base surrounding of the bath as shown in Figure 3. Do not use the bath within 24 hours to let the silicone fully cure.
- Troubleshooting: Marks found on the surface could be wiped off with a wet cloth and toothpaste.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Water test your bath prior to enclosing to ensure it drains correctly as no claims for non-draining baths will be valid after enclosing or tiling has been done. Water test overflow pipe and waste to ensure they are not leaking.
- Warning: If the bath is pre-fitted with waste, it has not yet been fully installed. Please use a qualified installer to secure it to the bath to avoid any water leaking. Before use, please test the bath to ensure the waste has been properly installed.

Receive Your Bath
Unpack and check for damage.
After receiving your bath, please unpack and remove all covering, checking
whether there is any damage. Repack the bath if it is not being immediately
installed. It will be rejected claim for damage if not notified in a timely
manner.
Protect your bath.
Before commencing any installation, ensure the bath is completely protected,
and leave the covering in place until the bathroom is complete. Scratches and
damage incurred during installation are not covered by the warranty.
Tools required
Installation
Step 1
- Adjust the bath feet until the bath base is 3mm above the floor;
- This can be done by turning the feet bars accordingly;
- Then use a wrench to tighten the nuts on the bars. See figure 1
Step 2
Mark the floor with the outline of the bath, at the final installation
position with the marking pencil.
Step 3
Carefully tilt the bath on its side and use the flexible connector to connect
the waste outlet to the trap as illustrated on figure2
Step 4
Position the bath on the floor marking as marked in step 2, make sure that the
flexible connector is not kinked upward on installation as this will result in
drainage issues.
Step 5
Apply silicone around the base surrounding the bath, see Figure 3.
- Do not use the bath within 24 hours to let the silicone fully cure
Troubleshooting
- Marks found on the surface could be wiped off with a wet cloth and toothpaste.
Maintenance & Cleaning
- To preserve the polished surface, after using your bath, clean with a soft cloth and warm soapy water to wash away any body oils or soap residue that forms a ring tide mark.
- Do not use powders, pastes, crème cleaners, thinners, window cleaning sprays or dry cleaning liquid, etc.
- When colored essential oils are used, the first test is that the color won’t stain your bath. Always add oils to a bath full of water. Never pour them into an empty bath.
