AUDAC MBK523/G Outdoor Speaker Ground Pin
Product Information
The MBK523/G ground pin is a specially designed product for mounting outdoor loudspeakers. It comes with an optional stainless steel ground pin that provides a premium sound experience for all kinds of gardens. The ground pin is easy to install and comes with the necessary hardware, including four M6 bolts of 10mm and the ground pin itself. The mounting holes on the ground pin are tapped, which makes the use of nuts unnecessary. The product conforms to all essential requirements and relevant specifications described in the 2011/65/EU (RoHS2) and 1907/2006 (REACH) directives.
Product Usage Instructions
Before installing the MBK523/G ground pin with the loudspeakers, follow the below instructions:
- Place the ground pin, without the speaker attached, in the desired location.
- Check for any large rocks and ensure that the soft soil is deep enough.
- Place the ground pin in the ground without using any tools, as using tools such as hammers or drills may damage the ground pin.
To install the loudspeaker on the ground pin, follow these instructions:
- Mount the speaker to the ground pin by securing it with the four M6 bolts provided.
- Ensure that the speaker is securely attached to the ground pin.
Note: Do not perform any servicing on the product unless you are qualified to do so. If servicing is required, refer to qualified service personnel.

Installation

Step 1
Place the ground pin, without a speaker attached, in the desired location.

- ONLY USE ATTACHMENTS & ACCESSORIES SPECIFIED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
- ONLY INSTALL THE SPEAKER IN LOCATIONS THAT CAN STRUCTURALLY SUPPORT THE WEIGHT OF THE SPEAKER. IGNORING THIS CAN BRING THE SPEAKER DOWN.
- DO NOT USE ANY OTHER METHOD THAN SPECIFIED TO MOUNT THE SPEAKER. IF EXTREME FORCE IS APPLIED TO THE SPEAKER, IT COULD FALL DOWN
- CAREFULLY CHECK THE UNIT’S CONDITION AFTER UNPACKING.
- IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE TO THE CARTON BOX OR THE UNIT ITSELF, INFORM YOUR VENDOR IMMEDIATELY.
- ALWAYS FOLLOW THE LOCAL REGUL ATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS REGARDING INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION OF THIS LOUDSPEAKER. EVEN WHEN OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THIS DOCUMENT.
- IT’S THE INSTALLERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE INSTALLATION OF THE LOUDSPEAKERS AND MOUNTING SYSTEMS IS PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE CODES
