Safety instructions
Intended use
This call station base, together with a suitable microphone, forms a desk call
station. Any other use or use under other operating conditions is considered
to be improper and may result in personal injury or property damage. No
liability will be assumed for damages resulting from improper use.
Danger for children
Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are disposed of properly and are
not within reach of babies and young children. Choking hazard! Ensure that
children do not detach any small parts from the product. They could swallow
the pieces and choke! Never let children unattended use electrical devices!
This quick start guide contains important information on the safe operation of
the product. Read and follow the safety advice and instructions given. Retain
the quick start guide for future reference. If you pass the product on to
others please include this quick start guide.
Where to use the product
- Never use the product
- outdoors
- in conditions of extreme temperature or humidity
- in extremely dusty or dirty areas
- at locations where the unit can become wet
General handling
- To prevent damage, never use force when handling the product.
- Never immerse the product in water. Just wipe it with a clean dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners such as benzene, thinners or flammable cleaning agents.

Using the product

Attach a microphone via a suitable holder, e.g. a gooseneck to the XLR microphone connector. Before you want to separate the holder from the call station base
if necessary -, first press the release button for the XLR microphone connection. -
Connect the XLR connection on the rear side via a suitable XLR cable to the device to which the microphone signals are to be transmitted.

Activate phantom power on the device connected to the desk call station.

Use the toggle switch on the bottom to select the desired function for the talk button. When the switch is in the “PUSH TO TALK” position, the microphone signals are only transmitted while the talk button is pressed. When the switch is in the “PUSH TO MUTE” position, the microphone signals are transmitted continuously and are only muted while the talk button is pressed.

While the talk button is pressed, the LED above the talk button lights up.
