The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for a specific purpose. This appliance is not fit for commercial use. Do not use it outdoors. Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.

When cleaning or moving it, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull on the plug, not the cable) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.

Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you should leave the workplace, always switch the machine off or remove the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the cable).

Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.

Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized technician. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have a faulty cable be replaced only by the manufacturer, by our customer service or by a qualified person and with a cable of the same type.

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS MACHINE -
Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.

Do not use appliance for other than intended purpose.

CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.

Only operate this machine under supervision.

Do not interfere with any safety switches.

Do not insert anything into the rotating hooks while the machine is working.

Keep hands away from rotating accessories.

Place the machine on a smooth, flat and stable working surface. Don’t put it close to heat (fireplace, oven, etc.…)

Do not insert the main plug of the machine into the power socket without having installed all the necessary accessories.

CAUTION: Ensure that the appliance is switched off before removing it from the stand.

Care shall be taken when handling the accessories, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

Operating This Product
USING THE MIXING BOWL
- Before use, wash the accessories by clean water, rinse and dry.
- Place the machine on a flat, clean and dry table, Press the head of the machine, urn again (or press down) the head-up knob (2) Step1, the upper body will lift up automatically. (PG 1 & 2).
- Install the pot cover into the stirring end Step2. of the machine as per PG2
- Weigh the food and water to be processed into the mixing bowl, then assemble the mixing bowl () on the machine step 3, rotate clockwise until the buckle is screwed in and locked step 4; (PG3)
- Do not exceed the amount of dough – the total weight can hold up to 1.5kg;
- Install the required accessories (), () and ( ) (only one of the three can be used at a time) onto the head mixing output shaft (1) step 5, push the accessories to the top, and then turn a quarter turn counterclockwise to the locking position step 6; (PG4&5)
- Press the head of the machine, the machine will automatically lock the head button (2) step 7, which is in the horizontal position; (PG6).
- Control speed knob (3) to the position of 0 to make the appliance stop.
- Then plug in the plug and turn on the power switch.
- Control speed knob (3) to the required speed – start mixing;
- After the dough meets the requirements, turn the speed knob (3) back to gear 0 to finish.
- Press the head of the machine by hand, rotate the lifting knob (2) lift the upper body, rotate the mixing bowl counterclockwise, remove the mixing bowl and take out the dough.
NOTE
- Max operating time: With heavy mixtures, do not operate the machine for more than six minutes, and then allow it to cool down for a further ten minutes.
- When kneading dough, do not go over speed 3 to prevent machine from wobbling.
- While in use, the top cover can become hot. It’s normal. It will not affect the performance of the machine.

CLEANING
- Before cleaning remove the plug from the socket.
- Never immerse the housing with motor in water!
- Do not use any sharp or abrasive detergents.
Motor Housing
Only a damp rinsing cloth should be used to clean the outside of the housing.
Mixing Bowl and Mixing Equipment
CAUTION :

The components are not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher.
If exposed to heat or caustic cleaners they might become misshapen or discolored. -
Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.

Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your local council.

household wastes. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health
GEE from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the
sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please
use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the

1 Year Warranty
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this
product or component found to be defective, at our option; however, you are
responsible for all costs associated with eturning the product to us. If the
product or component is no longer available, we will replace with a similar
one of equal or greater value. Prior to a replacement being sent, the product
must be rendered inoperable or returned to us.
This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in
conformity with the printed directions., or damage to the product resulting
from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty extends only to
the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales
receipt, as proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. This
warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household
use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as on the specified
rating on the label (e.g., 120V~60Hz).
We exclude all claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages
caused by breach of express or implied warranty. All liability is limited to
the amount of the purchase price. Every implied warranty, including any
statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular
