Tag Introduction
BT2000-z asset tag is mainly used for the positioning of vehicles, large
assets, equipment and so on. It is compact in appearance and easy to
operate.With high precision, low power consumption and other characteristics,
can be long standby, and the protection level has reached IP67, suitable for
harsh industrial scene environment.
Screen Display
BT2000-z asset tag uses ER14250 battery, when using, it should be noted that
the tag should be in a state of power.The LED indicator on the tag flashes
every 5 seconds, indicating the current battery. When the flashing color is
green, the power is sufficient, the yellow is medium, and the red is about to
run out, and the battery needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
When the power supply of the tag is insufficient, the low power alarm message
will be uploaded.
After the alarm is in effect, the LED indicator of the tag will flash in
orange, indicating that it is currently in a low power alarm state.
Battery Replacement
When replacing the battery, you should first remove the back cover of the battery, remove the old battery, put it into the new battery, tighten the back cover and glue the pad, as shown in the following figure.3
Warning: please replace the battery after training. BT2000-z uses two ER14250 batteries to supply power in parallel. All batteries should be in the same direction. It is strictly forbidden to put batteries at will regardless of battery polarity. Incorrect use of battery polarity may cause batteries to charge each other and cause explosion! It is strictly forbidden to mix new and old batteries!
Installation
According to the requirements of the actual use scene, this product can be
installed by magnetic, strapping or paste.The battery percentage icon in the
status bar indicates the usage of power as follows.
Magnetic Installation: when the surface of the located device is
magnetophilic, the tag can be directly attached to the surface of the
equipment.
Strapping Installation: when the equipment is tubular or non-magnetic, the
strap (to be purchased by yourself) can be used to pass through the special
slot of the tag and tied together with the designated equipment.
Hand Out/Back
To hand out tags, use a card reader to enter the tag ID into the locating system or do it manually, and then location data will be recorded. To hand back, use a card reader to remove the tag ID or do it manually, and then location data will no longer be recorded.
Work Mode
Normal Mode
A tag in the normal mode automatically enters the mode of locating. In this mode, the tag sends a locating signal to the BlueIOT anchor at a default refresh interval of 200 milliseconds. This value can be set on the service configuration software.
Sleep Mode
A tag in the sleep mode will enter a low power consumption status where the refresh interval for the tag to send locating signals to the anchor will be extended to 10 seconds. When the tag stays static for a time longer than the set value for inactivity, it will automatically switch to the sleep mode; when the tag moves or vibrates, it will immediately get back to the normal mode from the sleep mode. The static time from normal mode to sleep mode is 15 seconds by default, and this value can be set from 1 to 180 seconds in the Server Management Software.
Notes
- Do not throw this product into the fire in case of explosion.Do not dismantle the shell of this product at will in case of injury.
- This product uses disposable lithium battery.Replacing the battery requires professional training.Replacing the battery without training may lead to waterproof failure.
- The waterproof grade of this product is IP68. The product can be normally exposed to rain or water, but not with long immersion.
- The parameter data come from BlueIOT Lab, and may vary according to individual differences, usage habits and environmental factors in actual use. Please refer to the actual use.
- If the equipment is working abnormally, please contact the manufacturer and do not disassemble or modify the equipment in any way.
FCC Warning statement
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and ca n radiate
radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instruction s, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a
particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interfe rence to
radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the
equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the following meas ures:
– Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. – Increase the separation
between the equipment and receiver.
-Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
– Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful
interference and (2) this device must accept an y interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation .

Warranty Information
The warranty period for the host of this product is one year from the date of
purchase, during which Blueiot after-sale experts will be responsible for the
maintenance under normal use.
Warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairing, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, inflow, accident or modification or alteration.
- Damage caused by improper use of accessories not for this product. 3Man-made surface damage, such as scratches, dents and hollows. 4Damage caused by force majeure.
