Safety Instructions

Please, take time to read well the instruction sheet before the first use and keep them for a future use.
A misuse of the appliance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure that you use the appliance for the use for which it is designed. We refuse any responsibilities as for the damages by an incorrect use or a bad manipulation.

  1. The appliance is intended for domestic wet and dry vacuuming use only. Commercial and industrial use may cause damages and will void warranty
  2. Plug in your appliance to an earth socket. Before use check that the voltage of your wall outlet correspond to the rated voltage manner.
  3. Any use not respecting the usual precautions of the device removes any responsibility to the retailer of the importer or the manufacturer.
  4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. (*)
  5. Do not immerse in water.
  6. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children or infirm persons.
  7. Do not use the appliance if your hands are wet. Never use the appliance if gets wet and unplug it immediately.
  8. Avoid bending, stamping and dragging the hose. The hose should be checked regularly and must not be used if damaged.
  9. Do not use this device to suck up incandescent or sharp objects (cigarettes, soot, lit matches, hot ashes, nails). Do not vacuum any objects that are hotter than 40 °C
  10. Do not use this vacuum cleaner to suck up pins, threads, cement, plaster, or quite different material of construction or decoration.
  11. Never suck up liquid products nor toxic matter, cleaners or gasoline (essence) or dangerous or flammable products. You would risk to damage seriously your device.
  12. While absorbing please do not absorb mud, gypsum material absorb hair group, large ball of paper etc. otherwise the vacuum cleaner filter can cause blockage and the motor will be burned. If these very small particles were absorbed please disconnect appliance and clean the dust bag or filter.
  13. Do not use diluent, aniline, chloroform.
  14. Do not spray any liquids such as insecticides, hair care products, or lubricating oil.
  15. Do not use the product to vacuum oil, smoke or steam.
  16. Do not use the product to vacuum dry dust.
  17. This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
  18. Never use the appliance on somebody or on animals body.
  19. Make sure to never block the zones of air inlets.
  20. Keep the appliance away from heating surface.
  21. Never use the electric cable to raise, transport or disconnect the device.
  22. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of external timer or separate remote control system.
  23. Use the accessories and spare parts only supplied by the manufacturer or its authorized service agent.
  24. Do not use the appliance to vacuum the dust harmful to health (dust of classes L, M & H).
  25. Don’t touch the live parts in appliance.
  26. The appliance shall not be left unattended while it is connected to the supply mains.
  27. The appliance shall not be used if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.
  28. Keep the appliance out of reach of children when it is energized or cooling down.
  29. Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
  30. The filling aperture must not be opened during use.
  31. Liquid or steam not directed towards equipment containing electrical components.
  32. The plug must be removed from the socket-outlet before cleaning or maintaining the appliance.
  33. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
    • staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments
    • farm houses
    • by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments
    • bed and breakfast type environments.

Before use, assembling

  1. Insert the hose hook into the machine.
  2. Remove the clean water tank from the body.
  3. Open the screw cap and fill it with clean water. Respect the maximum water level mark.
  4. Install the clean water bucket into the body.
  5. Insert the handle into the brush.
  6. Fix the hose (Figure 1 N°4) and power cord ( figure 1 N° 7) before use.

  1. Plug in the machine and press the on/off button.

  2. Press the spray button to spray your water/detergent mixture.

  3. Do not spray continuously in the same place.

  4. After spraying, press the suction inlet part of the brush on the spot to absorb the water.
    Note: When the wastewater tank reaches the maximum water level, stop working and turn off the power

  5. Turn off your appliance and unplug it. Drain the clean water and waste water, and clean the waste water tank.

Note : after using the device, the textile will still be humid or a little wet. To avoid any unpleasant odour, you can dry the textile with an hair dryer or expose it to the sun.

For stubborn dirt, apply the water/detergent mixture on the surface to be cleaned and rub the dirt with the brush. Use the device to absorb the dirt and most of the water/detergent mixture.
Example of recommended detergent: Strong alkaline ionized water, baking soda, citric acid, weak acid electrolytic water such as detergent producing less foam.
Example of not appropriate detergent : Neutral detergent for kitchen use, strongly alkaline detergent, strongly acidic detergent.
When using a detergent with a lot of foam, the foam might get inside the cleaner.
Note: When using detergent, first test it on the edge of the fabric being cleaned to make sure that there is no discoloration.
When the wastewater tank reaches the maximum water level, turn off the device and empty the tank.
Only use clean water or recommended detergent at temperature less than 40°C to fill the clean water tank.

Cleaning and maintenance

Take out the clean water tank. Unscrew the cap at the bottom of the tank and pour away the remaining water.
Replace the tank and then turn on the power again. Press the watering button to remove the remaining water. Tilt slightly the machine if necessary.

When the wastewater tank reaches the maximum water level, turn off the device and empty the tank.
If you continue to use the device after the sewage exceeds the maximum water level, the floating ball will move up and the suction will stop.
Remove the wastewater tank. Open the cover of the tank and pour away the waste water.
Clean the tank, the upper cover and the sealing strip. Clean it right after use to avoid bacteria development and bad smell.
Reinstall the sealing strip, replace the cover and fasten the wastewater tank on the device.

After each use, disassemble the head part by pressing the button and pulling out the head.
Disassemble the brush cover by opening it with your fingers and then remove it. Clean the brush and empty the nozzle if blocked.
To reinstall it, make sure the pin and hole fit well, then press on in until you heard a clicking sound.
Check the hose for breakage and leakage.
Rinse all the sponge filters after use and replace them if they are damaged.
If water flows into the device, turn it off and clear away the water inside the device, pipe and tank.
Let the device dry before starting it again.

Problems Causes Solutions
The machine does not work after the switch is turned on. The plug is not

properly connected and loose, resulting in poor contact.
Power cord is broken. The machine set overheats and the protective device operates| Turn off the power and plug it again. Call the after sales service.
When the watering button is pressed, there is no water or little water| The nozzle is blocked.
The handle or the pump is damaged.| Remove the brush and rinse the nozzle with clean water.
There is no dust collection or the
suction is very weak.| The waste water tank is full, causing the floating ball to work.
The hose is abnormal.
The wastewater tank is not installed in place. The inlet air sponge is blocked| Clean up the sewage and use it again. Check the hose for cracks, breaks and clogs.
Install the waste water tank properly. Clean or replace the sponge.

Correct disposal of the unit (Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
