Operating instructions
Functional verification
- Connect the appliance’s power cord to the socket.
- Set the control button (fig. 1/pos. 1) to position 1 to start the appliance and let it run for 1 minute without a dough to check if it is functioning properly.
- Set the contol button (fig. 1/pos. 1) to position 0 to stop the appliance.
Use of the appliance (226612)
- Set the control button (fig. 1/pos. 1) to position 1.
- Open the rollers (fig. 1/pos. 2) using the knob (fig. 1/pos. 3) to position 3 or 4.
- Insert the previously risen (for at least 6 to 8 hours), floured and slightly squeezed dough into rollers (fig. 1/pos. 2). The dough will now reduce its thickness and get an oval shape.
- It is necessary to support the dough with your hands until it comes out of the rollers completely.
- Rotate the dough in a transversal way 90° and insert it into the rollers once again. The dough will now come out in a discshape.
- Set the contol button (fig. 1/pos. 1) to position 0 to stop the appliance. If it is necessary, correct the final shape of the dough manually.
Use of the appliance (226629, 226636)
- Set the control button (fig. 1/pos. 1) to position 1.
- Open the rollers (fig. 1/pos. 2) using the knob (fig. 1/pos. 3) to position 3 or 4.
- Insert the previously risen (for at least 6 to 8 hours), floured and slightly squeezed dough into rollers (fig. 1/pos. 2). The dough will now reduce its thickness and get an oval shape. As it slides onto the small scale (fig. 1/pos. 4) below, it will be rotated 90° and then pass through another set of rollers (fig. 1/pos. 2) forming it into a disc shape.
- Set the contol button to position 0 (fig. 1/pos. 1) to stop the appliance. If it is necessary, correct the final shape of the dough manually.
Use of the foot pedal (optional)
- The foot pedal is fully optional and only installed by customer’s specific request.
- The foot pedal (fig. 2-3/pos. 5) is an alternative for the start/ stop button (fig. 1/pos. 1) connected to the appliance by a plug on the side of the appliance.
- Set the control button (fig. 1/pos. 1) to position 2 – the appliance will now go into standby mode.
- Press the foot pedal slightly to start rollers’ movement, the appliance is now ready to use.
- Take your foot off of the pedal to stop the appliance.
Thickness regulation
- Turn the appliance off.
- Unblock the knob by pulling the black lever.
- Turn the knob (fig. 1/pos. 3) clockwise to decrease dough’s thickness.
- Turn the knob (fig. 1/pos. 3) anti-clockwise to increase dough’s thickness.
Cleaning & maintenance
- ATTENTION! Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply and cool down before storage, cleaning & maintenance.
- Do not use water jet or steam cleaner for cleaning and do not push the appliance under the water as the parts will get wet and electric shock might be resulted.
- If the appliance is not kept in a good state of cleanliness, this can adversely affect the life of the appliance and result in a dangerous situation.
- Food residues should be regularly cleaned and removed from the appliance. If the appliance is not cleaned properly, it will reduce its lifespan and may result in a dangerous conditionduring use.
Cleaning
- Clean the cooled exterior surface with a cloth or sponge slightly dampened with a mild soap solution.
- For reasons of hygiene, the appliance should be cleaned before and after use.
- Avoid water contacting the electrical components.
- Never use aggressive cleaning agents, abrasive sponges, or cleaning agents containing chlorine. Do not use steel wool, metallic utensils, or any sharp or pointed objects for cleaning. Do not use petrol or solvents!
Maintenance

- Special care must be taken when moving or transporting the machine due to its heavy weight. With at least 2 persons or using a cart. Move the machine slowly, carefully, and never incline more than 45°.

Warranty
Any defect affecting the functionality of the appliance which becomes apparent
within one year after purchase will be repaired by free repair or replacement

rights are not affected. If the appliance is claimed under warranty, state
where and when it was purchased and include proof of purchase (e.g. receipt).
