Product Information
The Electronic Weather Station is a device that measures indoor and outdoor temperatures. It comes with a clock and an alarm clock with a snooze function. The device requires 2 x AG10 (LR1130) batteries to operate, and it has a maximum temperature measurement range of -20°C to 60°C for indoor temperature and -50°C to 70°C for outdoor temperature. The device has a tolerance of ±1°C for temperature measurement, and it comes with a cable length of unspecified measurement.
Product Usage Instructions
- Remove the protective film from the display before using the device.
- Insert 2 x AG10 (LR1130) batteries, making sure to pay attention to the polarity. Incorrect polarity may result in permanent damage to the device.
- Remove the plastic label on the back of the base station.
- The thermometer will display the current indoor temperature in degrees Celsius once it is started.
- To activate the snooze function, press the SNZ button when the alarm goes off. The “Z” symbol will start flashing on the display. Pressing the SNZ button again at subsequent alarm sounds will cause the alarm to automatically start again. To turn off the alarm completely, press either the SET or UP button.
- To turn on/off the alarm function, press the MODE button to switch to alarm setting mode. Press the UP button to turn on/off the alarm. When the alarm is activated, a bell symbol will appear on the display.
- To check the maximum and minimum values of indoor and outdoor temperatures recorded within the last 24 hours, press the UP button. The MAX icon and maximum recorded values will appear on the display. Press the UP button again to display the MIN icon and minimum recorded values.
- Do not subject the device to strong vibrations and mechanical stress. Avoid sudden, significant changes in temperature (direct sunlight, high negative temperatures). Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the housing and display. Do not immerse the device in water. Remove exhausted batteries immediately and only use the specified battery type (2 x AG10).
This manual is an integral part of the product and should be kept so that future reading is possible. Includes significant information on device configuration as well as operation.

STARTING THE DEVICE
Remove the protective film from the display prior to use.
Note:
To avoid operating problems pay attention to the polarity of alkaline
batteries at inserting them (the wrong polarity of batteries may result in
permanent damage to the device).
Remove the plastic label on the back of the base station. The thermometer will show the temperature in degrees Celsius once it is started.
SELECTING THE TEMPERATURE DISPLAY UNIT (°C/°F)
Press DOWN to set the required temperature unit: degrees Celsius or degrees
Fahrenheit (°C/°F).
SETTING THE TIME
- Press and hold SET for 3-4 seconds, indicating the format 12h or 24h starts flashing on the display.
- Press UP to set the format 12h or 24h.
- Press SET the hour digits will start flashing on the display.
- Press UP or DOWN to set the hour.
- Press SET the minute digits will start flashing on the display.
- Press UP or DOWN to set the minute.
- Press SET the year digits will start flashing on the display.
- Press UP or DOWN to set the year.
- Press SET the month digits will start flashing on the display.
- Press UP or DOWN to set the month.
- Press SET the day digits will start flashing on the display.
- Press UP or DOWN to set the day.
- Press SET to go to Daylight Saving Time.
- Press UP or DOWN to set the Daylight Saving Time.
- Press MODE to return to the normal display mode.
SETTING THE ALARM
- Press MODE to go to alarm setting mode, Press SET (for about 3 seconds) – hour digits will start flashing on the display.
- Set the required hour by pressing UP or DOWN.
- Press MODE or SET again – the minute digits will start flashing on the display.
- Press UP or DOWN to set the minutes.
- Press SET again, and “Snooze” time will display.
- Press UP or DOWN to set the” Snooze” time (1-60 minutes).
- Press MODE to return to the normal display mode.
- Press MODE to come back to “Snooze” time.
- Press UP to turn on or off the alarm.
SNOOZE FUNCTION
- Once the alarm activates, press SNZ to activate the snooze. “Z” will start flashing on the display.
- Pressing SNZ during the next alarm activates the Snooze again.
- To stop the snooze, press SET or UP, the alarm remains active until it switches off completely.
SWITCHING THE ALARM ON/OFF
- Press MODE to switch to alarm setting mode.
- To switch the alarm on or off, press UP, the bell symbol will appear when it is on.
- Press MODE to return to normal display mode.
MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE
- Press the UP button to display the highest temperature (from the last weather station resetting). MAX caption will be displayed at the temperature,
- Press the UP button again to display the lowest temperature (from the last weather station resetting). MIN caption will be displayed at the temperature.
- Press the UP button again to come back to displaying the current temperature or wait 7-8 seconds until the weather station automatically returns to displaying current indications. Max and Min symbols will disappear.
- Weather station MIN/MAX temperature resets every day.
PRECAUTIONS
- Do not expose the device to strong vibrations and mechanical strain.
- Avoid sudden and dramatic temperature changes (direct sunlight, low negative temperatures).
- Clean the casing and the display with a soft and slightly wetted cloth.
- Do not immerse the device in water.
- Immediately remove used batteries from the device. Use only the type of batteries specified below.

CAUTION
Every household uses electrical and electronic appliances, and thus is a
potential source of waste, hazardous to humans and the environment, due to the
presence of hazardous substances, mixtures, and components in the equipment.
On the other hand, discarded equipment is a valuable resource from which raw
materials like copper, tin, glass, iron, and others can be recovered.
The symbol of the crossed-out wheelie bin placed on the equipment, packaging, or documentation attached to it, means that the product must not be disposed of together with other waste. The labeling simultaneously means that the equipment was introduced to the market after the date of August 13th, 2005.
It is the responsibility of the user to transfer the used equipment to a designated collection point for proper recycling. Information on the available collection system for electrical equipment can be found in the shop’s information and at the municipal office. Proper handling of discarded equipment prevents negative consequences for the environment and human health!
TERMS OF WARRANTY
- This guarantee is provided by BROWIN Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k. with its registered office at ul. Princypalna 129/141; 93-373 Łódź, hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor.
- This warranty applies only to equipment used in Poland.
- The warranty period for the product is 12 months from the date of purchase of the equipment.
- In the case of defects that prevent the use of the equipment, the warranty period is extended by the time from the date of reporting the defect to the date of repair.
- The warranty entitles you to free repairs of the purchased equipment, consisting in the removal of physical defects that appeared during the warranty period, subject to point 11.
- Reporting a hardware defect should include:
- proof of purchase of goods;
- the name and model of the goods along with photos justifying the complaint.
- The claimant should pack the product properly protecting it against damage during transport.
- The Guarantor will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of reporting the defect. If it is necessary to import spare parts from abroad to carry out the repair, the repair period may be extended until the necessary elements are imported, but up to a maximum of 30 working days from the date of receipt of the goods for repair.
- The warranty covers all material and manufacturing defects revealed during normal operation in accordance with the intended use of the equipment and the recommendations given on the packaging or in the instructions for use. The condition for granting the warranty is the use of the equipment in accordance with the instructions.
- The scope of warranty repair activities does not include cleaning, maintenance, technical inspection, or issuing technical expertise.
- The warranty does not cover:
- mechanical, chemical, thermal damage, and corrosion;
- damage caused by external factors, beyond the manufacturer’s control, in particular resulting from use not in accordance with the instruction manual;
- defects resulting from improper installation of the equipment;
- arbitrary repairs, alterations, or structural changes made by the user or other unauthorized persons;
- use outside the normal scope of consumer domestic use.
- The above statement does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable national laws and the consumer’s rights against the retailer from whom this product was purchased. This warranty for the sold consumer goods does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer’s rights arising from the non-compliance of the goods with the contract.
- The warranty does not give the Buyer the right to demand reimbursement of lost profits related to damage to the device and losses related to damage to the device.
- If you require service, whether under warranty or not, please contact the retailer where the product was purchased. We recommend that you carefully read the instruction booklet that comes with the product before contacting your dealer or service center.
- In the case of purchase directly from the manufacturer, complaints can be submitted directly at www.browin.pl in the Complaints tab or via e-mail at reklamacje@browin.pl. If you purchased from a distributor, it is recommended that you file a claim through them.
