– Persons with skin infections, sensitivity, redness and/or burns on the skin
– Persons with any swelling or wounds around the eye areas
– Persons with a heart condition, malignant tumors, or other serious health conditions
– Persons being treated due to medical condition
– Persons with high or abnormal blood pressure If you experience any discomfort, please stop using the device immediately. -
This device is intended for personal care use only and not for medical purposes.

This device can be used by children aged 8 and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or cognitive capabilities only if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device in a safe way and understood the hazards involved.

Children under 8 and the elderly beyond 60 should be supervised to use the device.

Do not submerge the device. Avoid contact with sharp objects.

Never put your fingers into the mist outlets to avoid burns.

The device contains batteries. Do not use in high temperatures or humid environments.

Only use the charger (DC 5V 1A, not included) to recharge the device.

Do not use the device while driving or walking.

The device has a heated surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using it.

Use heated surfaces carefully. May cause serious burns. Do not use over insensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use of heat by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.

USING THE PRODUCT
Before Use

Charging
a. Fully charge the device before the first use. Use the provided charging cable and a DC 5V 1A charger (not included) to charge the device when the power indicator flashes red slowly, accompanied by a voice prompt “low power”.
b. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge the device.
Note: Do not use the device while charging. -
Adding Liquid to the Water Tank Before using the device, fill the water tank with liquid.
a. Open the water tank lid gently.
b. Add liquid such as purified water, distilled water, water-like eye lubricant and more to the tank and close the lid. Do not add oily, viscous or corrosive liquid.
Note:
· It is recommended to use the provided filling water bottle when adding purified water or distilled water to the tank.
· If the device is not used for more than 1 day, empty the water tank to avoid the bacteria. -
Wearing
a. Remove any eye accessories (e.g., eyeglasses, false eyelashes, etc.) and heavy makeup.
b. Place the provided absorbent sponges under the mist outlets.
c. Wear the device and ensure it fits your eyes properly. Adjust the elastic band to fit your head. (If the silicone cushion is displaced, please put it back in place before wearing.)
d. It is recommended to use the device with your eyes open for better results.
Operation
Power Button
a. Press and hold for 2s to turn on/off the device.
After power on, mode 1 and Bluetooth will be enabled by default.
b. Short press to cycle through 3 modes.
M 1: Continuous Hot Mist (Temperature: approx. 104℉/40℃, auto-off timer:
8mins)
M 2: Interval Hot Mist (Temperature: approx. 104℉/40℃, auto-off timer: 8mins)
M 3: Cold Mist (Normal temperature, auto-off timer: 10mins)
Tip: To experience a mode with lower temperature mist, you can add ice water
to the water tank.
c. Press twice to switch between voice mode and silent mode. In silent mode,
the voice broadcast will be disabled.
d. When the device is off, press three times to turn on/off the self-cleaning
mode.
- Ensure the water tank is filled with water.
- When the self-cleaning mode is activated, the water tank light will turn purple. The device will finish cleaning the atomizer plates in 1 minute and water tank in 3 minutes. When the purple water tank light goes out, it indicates the cleaning mode is complete.
Note:
- It is normal that there is much water around the mist outlets when the device is in the cleaning mode. Dry the mist outlets and empty the water tank after the cleaning mode is over.
- The cleaning mode CANNOT be enabled when the device is on.
Bluetooth Music Connection
a. Turn on the device and enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
b. Search for “R-G008” via your Bluetooth settings and connect it to play your
own music playlist through the EyeSpa Mist.
Note: Once paired successfully, the device will be automatically connected to
Bluetooth each time it is turned on, followed by a voice prompt “Bluetooth
connected”.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Device
a. Turn off the device or unplug the charging cable and allow the device to
cool down before cleaning or storing.
b. Wipe the surface with a soft cotton cloth slightly dampened with mild
detergent. Do not use abrasives, solvents, chemical cleaners, or harsh
detergents.
c. Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or high temperatures. If the
device has not been used for over 3 months, please charge it from time to time
to prolong its lifespan.
d. It is recommended to dry the device after each use to prolong its lifespan.
e. Clean the water tank with the provided cleaning brush if necessary.
f. Do not disassemble the device by yourself. Otherwise, it may cause damage
and void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Silicone cushion
a. Remove the silicone cushion from the device and rinse with water or hand
wash with soap or mild detergent. Never use abrasives, solvents, chemical
cleaners, or harsh detergents.
b. Dry with a soft cotton cloth. Ensure the silicone cushion is completely dry
before attaching it back to the device.
c. To avoid size enlargement or breakage, never pull the silicone cushion
violently.
Atomizer plates
a. To avoid bacteria and clogging the atomizer plates, after adding the eye
lubricant to the tank, rinse the water tank with water timely after use.
b. When the mist output is significantly reduced, add the same amount of white
vinegar and water to the tank, mix them and let them stand for 3mins. When the
mist output returns to normal, empty the tank and clean it at least twice with
water and dry the whole device.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

MAINTENANCE” part.
The device is in the cold mist mode, but the mist feels hot.| It takes about
10 seconds for the mist to cool down when switched from the hot mist mode to
the cold mist mode.| Please be patient.
Add hot water to the tank.| Add room-temperature or cold water to use.
