lf the alarm sounds, unplug the Soup Maker, clean the sensor and reduce the ingredients quantity before trying again.

Stainless steel filter

The strainer is used to prepare soups with dual consistency: on the one hand, the ingredients inside the stainless steel filter are smoothed and on the other, the ingredients outside the stainless steel filter are not blended. This means, for example, you can make soups that are smooth but still contain some vegetable and meat pieces.

  1. Insert the stainless-steel filter into the blender jug. Place it onto the centre of the cutting blade.
  2. The strainer has a finer and a coarser side. The way it is inserted will determine whether larger or smaller pieces make it into the soup.
  3. Chop the ingredients into approx. 1 cm sized pieces and add to the blender jug. Put the ingredients so that some are inside the stainless-steel filter and some outside.
  4. Complete above steps.
  5. Disconnect the power cable plug from the wall outlet.
  6. Remove the stainless-steel filter from the blender jug and stir the contents with a long spoon to ensure the pieces are evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the contents out of the blender jug.

Boiling eggs and steam basket use
This function is used to cook the ingredients, without blending them. It is also suitable for boiling eggs.
The cooking process ends automatically after approx. 15 minutes (timer adjustable for 0-30mins).

  1. Fill the blender jug with water to the “MIN 0.3 L” mark.

  2. Insert the egg basket with eggs or insert steam basket with food in the blender jug. (Carefully pierce the eggs on the bottom to prevent them cracking while cooking.)

  3. Place the lid with the measuring cup inserted on the blender jug and lock into place.

Note: We recommend manually stopping the cooking process to achieve harder or softer boiled eggs as desired. To do this, press the ON/OFF button on the control panel after 10 minutes for soft-boiled eggs. Or, wait until the cooking function finishes automatically after 15 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
