An overview of the product
This product, as an IOT module of robot elevator that can integrate a variety
of precision sensors and communication units, is capable of perceiving the
running status of the elevator and making informational interactions with the
robot.
Introduction to the functions.
This product is able to sense and, in real time, accurately perceive the
running status of the elevator. In addition, it supports informational
exchange with the robot and can independently call the elevator. What’s more,
it can immediately inform the robot of the elevator’s running status in a bid
to function by delivering goods to any floor with the robot. Remote inspection.
The running status of this product can be uploaded to the cloud platform for
remote inspection. It is simple for modficating the elevator with this product,
since it can be achieved only by connecting the IOT elevator with its
peripheral wiring of the buttons, without changing the control route of the
elevator or interfering with the system logic of the elevator itself. As a
consequence, it will not influence its normal operation. Currently, it has been
extensively used in office buildings, hotels, and other scenes that are equipped
with robots.

Precautions
3.1 Safety guidelines for the module
Never step on the module.
Never disassemble the module yourself.
Never move the position of the module yourself.
In case of emergency use, it is of necessity to cancel the parallel connection
of the buttons of the elevator, to restore the original state of the elevator
by opening the button panel of the elevator car, to remove the parallel wiring
harness, or to disconnect the power supply of the module on the fastback.
3.2 Special tips
For after-sales service under the following three circumstances, please
contact support@yunji.ai.
- Where it is necessary to disconnect the power supply of the module for the maintenance of the elevator;
- Where it is necessary to disconnect the key connection for the maintenance of the elevator;
- Where it is necessary to change the structure and the position of the fastback for the maintenance of the elevator.
Quality assurance
4.1 The description of quality assurance
The warranty period of this product shall be one year from the day it is sold.
The natural operation damage and the quality defects of the product itself are
all within the coverage of warranty. In case of any quality problem of the
product, the damages caused by yourself or a third party (including without
limitation, man-made damage, external forces, change of operating environment,
network virus, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. In addition, the
maintenance matters and expenses shall be separately negotiated. All damages
and responsibilities caused by parts beyond the normal service and failed to
be replaced shall be undertaken by the user, which are also not covered by the
warranty.
4.2 Cases for Non-warranty
The products that are failed to be put into normal use out of your own reasons
or caused by a third party are not covered by the free warranty, including,
without limitation, and the following cases,

elevator controller without informing Yunji ahead of time, leading the robot
to abnormally take the elevator.
7| There are lots of problems with the elevator, and the cause(s) cannot be
confirmed.| Based on the on-site repair by Yunji, it turns out to be that the
problem is not attributed to Yunji.
