SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
In order to reduce the injuries or damages, follow basic safety precautions applied when using any electrical device, including the following:
- Read the entire instruction manual before you start installation and assembly and keep it for future reference.
- Before connecting the device to power supply socket, make sure the voltage indicated on the device corresponds to the voltage in the power supply socket.
- This appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility. The device must be connected directly to the power outlet.
- Appliance for household use only.
- Clean and store this device in accordance to instructions listed in Cleaning and storage section.
- ALWAYS turn off the device and disconnect it from the mains supply:
- if it’s not operating correctly
- if there’s an uncommon voice when using
- before cleaning
- When you disconnect the power cord of the device, grasp and pull the plug, not the cord/cable.
- This appliancemay be used by children who are above 8 years old and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised and guided by a person who is responsible for their safety in a cautious manner for all the safety precautions being understood and followed. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Children should not perform cleaning and servicing of the device unsupervised.
- Keep the device out of the reach of children.
- Fixed power cable may only be replaced in an authorized service point.
- Keep the device and its cord/cable away from heat, water, moisture, sharp edges and any other factor which may damage the appliance or its cord.
- Make sure the power cord does not touch any hot or sharp elements.
- Do not use the device if it does not work correctly. Do not attempt to repair this device yourself. Only authorized and qualified personnel may repair this device. The device has no user serviceable parts inside. In case of damage, contact authorized service point for check-up or repair.

- Never immerse motor unit, control panel or power cord with the plug in water or any other liquid.
- Do not operate the appliance with wet or moist hands.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when it’s working.
- Only use the appliance with water.
- Don’t use deionized water to cook.
- The water level should be below the MAX marking on the metal guard. Never allow water level to drop below MIN marking.
- Do not place food directly into cooking container. Always seal food in a bag before submerging it into water of the cooking container.
- E3 error code will appear on the display and sound alarm will go off when water level is too low (below MIN marking on the metal guard). Add water immediately.
- If the device falls into water, do not touch it but unplug it immediately.
- Burn danger: cooking container, metal guard and plastic bag can heat. Please be sure to use oven gloves or tongs to take any foods from cooking container.
- After unplugging the appliance from the wall outlet, metal guard and heating element are still hot. Do not touch. Make sure to place the appliance on a heat-resistant surface.
- The clamp should be fixed in the rim and kept vertical to avoid overflow and overturning. Always make sure the clamp is securely fixed to the cooking container.
- Do not move the appliance or the cooking container during use.
- Unplug the appliance before removing it from the cooking container.
PREPARING COOKING CONTAINER
- Make sure cooking container is 5 to 20 liters capacity. It must be large enough to hold food bags with plenty of room for water to circulate evenly around each bag.
- Use the appliance with cooking containers being resistant to high temperatures.
- Place the cooking container on a flat, stable and heat resistant surface with easy access to wall outlet.
- Fill cooking container with water.
- Do not use any other liquid nor deionized water.
- Make sure water is between MIN and MAX marking. Do not fill in less or more.
- Keep observing water level throughout the cooking process. If water level drops below MIN marking, please add more water.
- Make sure the metal guard is properly installed on the appliance.
- Fix the clamp in the rim of the cooking container. Make sure the metal guard is immersed in water.
- When all that is completed, connect the power cord to the wall outlet. You will hear a beep and the power button will light up red.
STAGE 1- SETTING TEMPERATURE AND TIME/ RED LED RING
- Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds. You will hear 3 beeps. LED display and LED ring light up. Red color of the LED ring indicates initial stage when you can set temperature and time.
- Press and hold the settings button to change the temperature unit.
- Press the settings button. Digits on the upper display blink. Press the +/-buttons to set desired temperature.
- Press the settings button again. When digits start to blink, use +/- buttons again to set desired hour. Press the settings button once again to set minute.
STAGE 2- HEATING/ BLUE LED RING
- Press the power button to confirm settings and start heating water. Color of the LED ring changes from red to blue.
- During operation, lower display will show current water temperature. At the beginning it shows room temperature. As the heating process progresses, the temperature will gradually increase until it reaches set value.
- The set temperature will appear on the higher display for 3 seconds, then it will disappear to show set time for 3 seconds. The display will toggle back and forth between set temperature and set timer.
- The timer will start countdown when set temperature is reached.No food should be added into water bath at this stage. Preheating time may vary depending on the current and set water temperature, food quantity as well as external factors such as ambient temperature.
STAGE 3- COOKING/ GREEN LED RING
- Once the preheating stage is completed, the appliance will emit 2 beep sounds, 2 times consecutively (total of 4 beeps) and the LED ring will change to green, indicating the appliance has switched to the cooking stage. Food together with seasoning sealed in a plastic bag must be immersed into water bath at this stage.
- Always seal food before submerging it into water.
- Ensure the food is not floating above the water, it must be fully submerged andmust remain so throughout the entire cooking period.
- Do not put too many bags inside the container as it can obstruct water circulation and as a consequence negatively affect cooking results.
The appliance will stop if you press the power button anytime during cooking stage. LED ring will change to red color. To resume operation, press the power button again. You can also change time and temperature settings anytime during cooking stage. Do do this press the settings button. The following cooking temperature and time are intended as guidelines. Adjust those values to your preferences to achieve desired results. REMEMBER! Consuming raw or undercooked meat, seafood or eggs may pose a risk of foodborne illness. Always refer to the minimum cooking time provided in the below table.

Once timer is completed, the appliance will emit 2 beep sounds, 5 times
consecutively (total of 10 beeps). The appliance will stop heating and
circulating water, timer will turn off and the LED light ring will turn off,
indicating cooking is completed.
To avoid burns or personal injury, always use kitchen utensils or oven mitts
when removing food from water or when handling container or appliance since
they can be very hot.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
- Before cleaning make sure the appliance is disconnected from power mains and it has cooled down completely.
- How to remove and clean metal guard: Rotate the metal guard clockwise and pull it downward.
- Metal guard can be cleaned with dish-washing machine.
- How to install metal guard: Insert the metal guard until reaching the motor unit. Rotate it counterclockwise until you hear a click and it locks in place.
- Clean the motor unit housing with a soft cloth.
- Before storing, make sure all the parts are cool, clean and dry.
- Store the appliance in a cool and dry place out of the reach of children.
- To avoid damage to the power cord do not wrap it around the appliance.
TROUBLESHOOTING
