SIONYX OPSIN DNVM1 Color Night Vision Monocular
Product Information
The OPSIN is a product designed and manufactured by SIONYX. It is a device that allows you to connect a camera to a swing arm and a battery pack to power it on. The OPSIN has an eye cup, eye bumper, and eyepiece focus for comfortable use. It also has a mini rail and dovetail rail for mounting purposes. The OPSIN comes with a battery charger, international plug adapters, power cable, adjustment tool kit, MOLLE carry bag, and helmet mounting kit.
Product Usage Instructions
Charge Battery Pack
- Select proper AC adapter and attach to battery charger.
- Plug battery charger into battery.
- Plug in AC adapter to electrical outlet.
- Charge the battery until the LED indicator turns green, indicating full charge.
Connect Battery to Camera
- Insert the barrel connector into the battery receiver.
- Turn the screw collar finger tight.
- Align the witness mark on the cable with the witness mark on OPSIN.
- To disconnect the power cable, pull up on the connector metal collar.
Assemble Swing Arm
- Assemble appropriate flip mount, mating the connector if necessary.
- Align the mini rail receiver of the swing arm to the mini rail on OPSIN.
- Depress lever on the swing arm and slide straight back until the arm locks into place.
- Use the set screw to adjust interpupillary distance as needed.
- To remove the swing arm from OPSIN, press the quick release button and slide swing arm off.
Power Camera On
- Connect camera to the battery pack.
- Turn the power switch counter-clockwise (past click) to power the camera on.
- Continue turning switch to adjust viewfinder brightness.
- Turn the power switch clockwise (past click) to power camera off.
Adjust Focus + Diopter
- Turn the diopter adjustment to focus the viewfinder until the on-screen menu appears sharp.
- Turn the lens focus to optimize the image sharpness of the scene.

POWER CAMERA ON
- Connect camera to the battery pack.
