Product Information: ecobee3 lite Smart Thermostat Pro

The ecobee3 lite Smart Thermostat Pro is a smart thermostat that helps make your home comfortable and energy efficient while providing quick and efficient service. It is designed and built in accordance with RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and contains no hazardous substances. The thermostat is equipped with InteliSenseTM Technology, a patent-pending feature that allows for remote troubleshooting of the system. The thermostat can be integrated with other smart home ecosystems such as Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant, Samsung SmartThings, and IFTTT. It can also be paired with SmartSensors to help with hot or cold spots throughout the home.

Product Usage Instructions

To start using your ecobee3 lite Smart Thermostat Pro:

1. Download the ecobee mobile app.
2. Create an ecobee account.
3. Follow the add device instructions in the app, then ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.

Once you have set up your thermostat, you can:

• Change between heating, cooling, auto, and other modes from the Current Mode menu.
• Explore your device’s settings from the Main Menu.
• View the temperature and humidity from the Weather Humidity menu.
• Change the temperature by tapping on the temperature display and cancel an action by tapping the ‘x’.

The thermostat has several features that help make your home comfortable and energy efficient:

• Comfort Settings: Set your ideal temperatures for when you’re at home, away, or sleeping.
• Schedules: Set up a schedule that matches your real routine to save on energy costs. ecobee will also send you recommendations to improve your schedule to save even more.
• Smart Home & Away: The thermostat automatically adjusts heating and cooling for comfort when you’re home and energy savings when you’re away.
