Charging Information

  • Fully charge the watch before using it; it takes about two hours to complete a full charge. When using a computer USB port or other devices as a charging source, it may take up to 3 hours to fully charge.

  • Use the charger only on a flat and stable surface.

  • If there is an obstacle between the watch and the charging base, the watch may not charge properly.

  • After charging the watch, turn off the power to the charger. To avoid damaging the watch, use the original charging accessories provided.
    Do not use the charging device if it is damaged.

  • Disconnect the charging device during the cleaning of the watch, during a thunderstorm or after a prolonged period of inactivity,

  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the watch, the charging cable, or the charging base.

  • Do not attempt to remove or replace the battery. The substances Contained in this product and the battery can cause damage to the environment or health, Ensure to dispose of it properly in accordance with local regulations,

The fully charged battery can last for about 5-7 days. If the charge is insufficient, the smart functions will be automatically deactivated, and the hands will continue to indicate the time for approximately 30 days.

CONNECTING THE NORM-1 TO THE NORM APP

  1. Please make sure that your bluetooth connection is turned on in your phone settings and the NORM-1 watch is charged.
  2. Press the watch crown once to activate the hidden OLED display. Find the menu displaying the step counter (a zero and two small feet) by pressing the watch crown. If you don’t see it right away press the watch crown a couple of times to go through the menu.
  3. Hold down the watch crown for a couple of seconds. The OLED display will now show you the watch bluetooth identification code and number.
  4. Open the NORM app on your phone and go to “Settings” in the lower right side of the screen. Then select “Connect” in the app.
  5. Press the watch face in the app and select the bluetooth identification code and number that is displayed in the app. This is the same number that was shown on the watch OLED display. Wait a few seconds for the phone and watch to connect (if the phone asks you for permission to connect/pair then allow this. Certain phones will also ask for permission to send notifications to watch. Please allow for this feature to be turned on)
  6. Now you will be able to press the “Done, calibration time”.
  7. The watch has now been successfully paired and you will be able to follow the calibration instructions on the app screen to set the correct time. Congratulation on pairing you NORM-1.
