23003 18V Lithium Ion Inflator or Deflator
WARNING: TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL OPERATION:
Make sure that the Power Switch is in the off position before performing any
procedure.
DANGER: TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH: Do not operate
Inflator/Deflator while car engine is running in an enclosed area.

OPERATION
CAUTION: TO PREVENT OVERHEATING WHILE INFLATING, keep the air intake and
vents clear of obstructions. Always wear appropriate eye protection during
use.
WARNING: TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM EXPLOSIONS: Before inflating,
check item manufacturer’s recommended max air pressure. DO NOT exceed that
pressure. Over inflation may result in an explosion.
Note: The inflator/deflator has a sleep mode feature that powers off the
unit after approximately 5 minutes of non-use. Press the power button to turn
the unit back on.
Note: Charge battery before use with included charger.
Notice: The inflator/deflator can become hot during use. Allow the unit
to cool for ten minutes after each use.
Inflator/deflator needs to cool 30 minutes before storing away.
TIRE INFLATION
- Insert fully charged battery into the unit
- Remove the high-pressure hose from its storage area.
- Remove tire’s valve cap. Move tire inflator’s lever to the up position, insert tire adapter if needed, then move the lever down to lock in place.
- Turn unit on by turning the power switch on high (||).
- Once desired pressure is reached, simply move the tire inflator lever up to unlock and remove.
- Turn the unit off by moving the switch to the center (O).
Note: Please refer to your vehicle or bicycle manual for appropriate
pressure.
BALL INFLATION
- Insert fully charged battery into the unit.
- Remove the high-pressure hose from its storage area.
- Remove tire’s valve cap. Move tire inflator’s lever to the up position, inset ball adapter, then move the lever down to lock in place.
- Turn unit on by turning the power switch on high (||)
- Once desired pressure is reached, simply move the tire inflator lever up to unlock and remove.
- Turn the unit off by moving the switch to the center (O)
RAFT/MATTRESS INFLATION
- Insert fully charged battery into the unit.
- Remove the high-pressure hose from its storage area.
- For smaller inflatables: Move tire inflator’s lever to the up position, insert raft/mattress adapter, then move the lever down to lock in place.
- For larger inflatables: Remove high-volume hose from storage, connect it to the back of the unit by aligning the slots in the hose to the pins and turn the hose counterclockwise to lock in place.
- Insert the other end of the hose into the inflatable.
- Turn unit on by turning the power switch on low (|).
- Once desired air input is reached, simply remove the hose from the inflatable. 8. Turn the unit off by moving the switch to the center (O).
AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF INSTRUCTIONS
- Plug the unit in with preferred power source.
- Select pressure setting by pressing the button labeled PSI, BAR, or kPa (Please refer to the manual of the product being inflated/deflated for appropriate pressure settings).
- To get to desired pressure, press the + or – button until proper pressure is displayed.
- Refer to the operation part of this manual for inflation.
- Once the proper pressure is reached, the unit will automatically shut off.
RAFT/MATTRESS DEFLATION
- Insert low volume hose into the air intake on the side of the unit. (see “Deflate Location” to the left).
- Connect the other end of the hose to the item being deflated.
- To start deflating, turn the unit on low (|).
- To stop deflating, return the power switch back to the center (O).
AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF INSTRUCTIONS
- Plug the unit in with preferred power source.
- Select pressure setting by pressing the button labeled PSI, BAR, or kPa (Please refer to the manual of the product being inflated/deflated for appropriate pressure settings).
- To get to desired pressure, press the + or – button until proper pressure is displayed.
- Refer to the operation part of this manual for inflation.
- Once the proper pressure is reached, the unit will automatically shut off.
LED LIGHT
- Plug the unit in with preferred power source.
- Turn the light on by pressing the light switch to the (D ) position.
- Turn the light off by pressing the switch to the OFF position.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
- Wipe external surfaces of the inflator with a damp, clean cloth.
- Using a vacuum, clean debris from the air intake and external air vent.
- Let unit sit for 30 minutes after use then store in a dry area out of reach of children and away from metal objects to prevent shorting.
MAINTENANCE
BEFORE EACH USE inspect the general condition of the inflator. Check for:
- Loose hardware.
- Misalignment or binding of moving parts.
- Cracked or broken parts.
- Any other condition that may affect its safe operation.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
H.D. Hudson Manufacturing Company warrants to the original purchaser only,
that this product will continue to function as intended if used in accordance
with operating instructions (under NORMAL CONSUMER USE) for two years. If the
product fails to function as intended—DO NOT RETURN IT TO THE STORE – call our
CONSUMER SERVICE HOTLINE AT 1-800-9-SPRAYER (toll free) for fast service. We
will, at our option, repair or replace any non-functioning parts without
charge (shipping and handling charges will apply). H.D. Hudson Manufacturing
Company shall have the option of requiring the return of the nonfunctioning
product to the address listed below together with proof of purchase to
establish a claim under this warranty.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, misuse,
neglect, alterations, operation not in accordance with instructions,
commercial use, or normal wear.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR CONSUMER USE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION SPECIFIED ABOVE. H.D.
HUDSON MANUFACTURING COMPANY’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED SOLEY TO THE REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT OF THE NON-FUNCTIONING PRODUCT OR PART. H.D. HUDSON MANUFACTURING
COMPANY EXCLUDES LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY FOR ANY AND ALL INCIDENTAL AND
CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to
state.
