Usage Instructions

  1. Press the ON/OFF button to start the brush and press it again to stop the operation.
  2. The product has five operating modes: clean, white, soft, massage, and polish. Press the corresponding function button to select the desired operating mode.
  3. Before using the Electric Toothbrush, wet the toothbrush head and apply toothpaste to it.
  4. Gently move the bristles to the area you need to clean, applying approximately 150g of pressure. The force applied to the tooth surface when brushing with the Nautica Electric Toothbrush is much less than standard brushing (approximately 1/8).
  5. The recommended brushing method by dentists is to divide the oral cavity into 4 zones and brush each area for about 30 seconds. The Nautica Electric toothbrush will suspend the brushing process for 0.5 seconds after every 30 seconds to ensure each area is properly brushed and remind you to change the area to be brushed.
  6. The toothbrush will automatically turn off after 2 minutes of use.
  7. The toothbrush has a memory function and will automatically return to active mode before it was last turned off.
  8. It is recommended to replace the brush head every three months. To replace the brush head, pull it out upward.
  9. To charge the toothbrush, remove the waterproof plug at the bottom of the toothbrush and plug the Type-C end of the charging cable into the Type-C port of the device. Plug the other end of the charging cable (USB-A) into a computer or an adapter with 5V USB-A input. When the power is full, the mode light will turn on.

HOW TO USE

  1. Press the ON/OFF button to start the brush, press it again to stop the operation. The product has five operating modes: clean, white, soft, massage, polish. You can press the corresponding function button to select the desired operating mode.
  2. Before using the Electric Toothbrush, wet the toothbrush head and spray the appropriate toothpaste on it.
  3. Place the bristles of the toothbrush on the teeth at a 45° angle, in line with the teeth gum line.
  4. Gently move the bristles to the area you need to clean, applying approximately 150g of pressure (Nautica Electric Toothbrush uses the high-frequency vibration of the bristles to clean the teeth). The force applied to the tooth surface when brushing with the Nautica Electric Toothbrush is much less than standard brushing (approximately 1/8).
  5. The brushing method recommended by dentists is as follows: Consider that the oral cavity is divided into 4 zones as shown above (as shown in the picture). Make sure each area is brushed for about 30 seconds by moving the toothbrush slowly during the brushing process. After every 30 seconds, the Nautica Electric toothbrush will suspend the brushing process for 0.5 seconds to ensure each area is properly brushed and remind you to change the area to be brushed.

  • The toothbrush will automatically turn OFF after 2 minutes of use

MEMORY FUNCTION

  • When the toothbrush is turned on, it automatically returns to the action mode before it was last turned off.

FUNCTION KEYS

  • Press the function button to change the working mode each time. While the toothbrush is running, press the ON/OFF button once to turn it off.

REPLACING BRUSH HEAD

  • Pull out the brush head upward; It is recommended to replace the brush head every three months.

TOOTHBRUSH CHARGING

  • Remove the waterproof plug at the bottom of the toothbrush. Plug the Type-C end of the charging cable into the Type-C port of the device. Plug the other end of the charging cable (USB-A) into a computer or an adapter with 5V USBA input. When the power is full, the mode light will turn ON.

WARNING

SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE

  • Please clean the bristles and brush head after each use and dry them naturally. Do not pull on the bristles, which will cause them to easily deform and fall off.
  • Clean with water and dry naturally, do not use acidic cleaners or hot water.
  • Do not put the charging cord in water or liquid or store it where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
  • Do not touch the device when it is dropped into water. Just pull the plug.
  • This device contains non-replaceable batteries. Do not open or disassemble the device. For battery recycling, please dispose of the entire device according to local environmental regulations. Opening the handle will destroy the device and void the warranty.
  • When unplugging, always hold the power plug instead of the cord. Do not touch the power plug with wet hands. This may cause an electric shock.
  • This toothbrush is a personal care device and is not intended for use on multiple patients in a dental practice or institution. To avoid brush head breakage which may generate a small part choking hazard or damage teeth:
  • Prior to each use, ensure the brush head fits well. Discontinue use of the toothbrush if brush head no longer fits properly. Never use without a brush head.
  • If the toothbrush handle is dropped, the brush head should be replaced before the next use even if no damage is visible.
  • Replace brush head every 3 months or sooner if brush head becomes worn.
  • Clean brush head properly after each use. Proper cleaning ensures the safe use and functional life of the toothbrush.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

  • We do our best to make sure that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year.
  • The following conditions must be met for your warranty claim to be approved:
  • You must have purchased the product from a Nautica or Technofashion authorized dealer.
  • You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from the Nautica or Technofashion authorized dealer.
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.
  • Within 12 months after the purchase, in case the product is determined to be defective (at the date of original purchase) due to improper materials or workmanship, you are entitled to free repair or exchange of goods.
  • The product should be returned to Technofashion.
  • The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs or replacement parts.
  • Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted. Warranty applies to the USA only.
  • We will make every effort to replace limited edition or discontinued products but cannot guarantee availability for replacement.
  • Any limited edition or discontinued product still under its applicable warranty that cannot be replaced with an identical product will be replaced with the equivalent model based on availability.
  • We may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim.
