Thank you for purchasing the True Wireless urban earphones with noise cancelling (ANC) model MIOSTW005. Our goal is to provide our customers with quality products to build a more comfortable and better life. We hope you enjoy your new product.
SECURITY RECOMMENDATIONS
Important
Please read the instructions and comply with all requirements and warnings provided in the manual before using the product. Failure to comply with the warnings and instructions may result in misuse of the device putting the product at risk.
Warnings
Do not expose the earphones or charging base to excessive heat.
Do not immerse the product in liquids. If the product is damaged when
unpacked, please request an exchange at the place of purchase. Before
installing the product, make sure that it is in perfect condition.
Do not handle or subject the product to external forces.
This product should be stored in cool places and should not be exposed to
fire.
Electrical and electronic equipment should be disposed of at the points
specially designated by local authorities for proper recycling.

BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE TRUE WIRELESS EARPHONES
Power on/ power off
Remove the earphones from the charging case and they will turn on
automatically; if you put the earphones back into the charging case, they will
turn off automatically.
Long press for 3 seconds to turn on the earphones. Long press for 5 seconds to
turn them off.
Play music / pause music
While listening to music:
Press either earphone once to play or pause the music.
Next track / previous track
While listening to music:
Quickly press the left earphone twice to go to the previous song.
Quickly press the right earphone twice to listen to the next song.
ANC Mode
The earphones are originally set to Bluetooth mode. If you wish to change the
mode, follow the instructions below:
Transparency mode: long press the right earpiece for 2 seconds to switch to
Transparency mode.
Noise cancelling mode (ANC): press the right earpiece again for 2 seconds to
switch to Noise Reduction mode.
Bluetooth mode: press the right earpiece once more for 2 seconds to switch to
Bluetooth mode.
Answer a call / end a call
When an incoming call occurs:
Press the left or right earphone to answer a call.
Press again the left or right earphone to end a call.
Voice assistants
Quickly press the left or right earphone 3 times to
activate the voice assistant.
Charging function
Fully charge the case and earphones before using them for the first time.
Do not use an adapter of more than 5V to charge this item.
PAIRING
Automatic pairing
The first time they are connected by removing the earphones from the charging
case, the earphones will automatically turn on, sync and enter pairing mode.
To reset the earphones and put them into pairing mode, you need to remove them
from the charging case, click 5 times on both earphones at the same time and
put them back in the case; then close and open the lid, remove the earphones
and they are ready to be paired again.
Synchronization of the earphones
When the earphones do not synchronize with each other or go into a disconnected state during use:
- Turn both earphones off and then on again.
- If this does not work, put both earphones back in the case, close it and open it again.
- With the earphones out of the charging case, press and hold the two buttons on the headphones for 3 seconds. This will force the headphones to turn off and on again and sync with each other.
Open the Bluetooth settings on your Smart device and search for the
earphones named “G60 ANC”.
USE OF THE APPLICATION
Download the “muvit iO Home” application.
To download the app, you can scan the QR code below.
You can also search for “muvit iO Home” in the App Store or Google Play.
Register
If you do not have an account, you will have to create it from the application itself. Open the app, click on “Create account”, the system automatically recognizes your country, if it is not the correct one, please modify it.
Enter your email address and click on “Get verification code”, after a few
seconds you will receive an email at the same address with a 6-digit PIN code.
Copy it and then you will have to enter a password of 6 to 20 characters to
create the account; then click on “Save” to complete the registration.
Add device
Bluetooth connection (recommended):
Activate Bluetooth and Location on the phone. Once the application is open,
press “+” or “Add device”, if the earphones are flashing, a screen will appear
informing you that a new device has been detected. Select “Add”, press “+” and
after a few seconds press “Save” to finish.
Note: due to possible updates of the application, the installation process of the product may undergo changes. Please follow the instructions in the App itself for a correct installation.
Device control
After successfully configuring the device, it will be displayed on the
“Devices” page. Click on the device icon to use the different headphone
functions such as selecting the equalizer type, editing the name or headphone
search*.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND/OR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What should I do if the earphones do not connect to the phone via
Bluetooth?
- Check that the earphones are turned on.
- Check that the phone’s Bluetooth is not connected to another device, turn the phone’s Bluetooth off and on.
- Reset the earphones by following these instructions:
- Remove the earphones from the charging case, click both earphones 5 times at the same time and put them back in the case. Close and open the lid, remove the earphones and they are ready to be paired again.
What should I do if the application does not recognize the earphones?
- Check that the earphones are turned on.
- Check that the phone’s Bluetooth is not connected to another device, turn the phone’s Bluetooth off and on.
- Reset the earphones by following these instructions:
- Remove the earphones from the charging case, click both earphones 5 times at the same time and put them back in the case. Close and open the lid, remove the earphones and they are ready to be paired again.
- Go to “3. Add device” and follow the instructions to do the installation in the App.
WARRANTY & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE
Terms and Conditions
Innov8 Iberia guarantees the hardware and software* included in this product for the term of three (3) years in all its parts, against any defect of manufacture and operation from the date of delivery to the final consumer and without any cost for this one.
To make this warranty effective, no further requirements should be demanded than the shipment of this product together with this warranty and the invoice or proof of purchase.
The warranty may be claimed at the place of purchase.
*Warranty on software applicable to the software that contains the physical product, not on the control application (App) within the consumer’s mobile devices.
This warranty shall not be valid in the following cases:
When the details on the warranty or proof of purchase do not match the product.
When the product has been used in other than normal conditions or if it is used in disregard of the instruction manual accompanying this warranty document.
When the product has been opened or altered by unauthorized personnel.
