SIGMA EOX REMOTE 500 E-Bike

Product Information

The Remote 500 is a device that provides a lighting system for bicycles. It has several button functions, including POWER, UP, DOWN, and LIGHT. The device also has an LED indicator that displays the mode of operation, battery level, and error messages.

Product Usage Instructions

1. To turn on the start-up assistance mode, press the DOWN button until the upper four LEDs start flashing white.
2. To activate the start-up assistance mode, long-press the DOWN button while the start-up assistance mode is active. Release the DOWN button to stop the start-up assistance mode.
3. Install the app and enable Bluetooth on your smartphone to use the device.
4. Press the POWER button to turn on the Remote 500 device.
5. Press the UP or DOWN button to adjust the brightness of the light according to your preference.
6. Press the LIGHT button to switch between different light modes, including LOW BEAM, HIGH BEAM, and AUTO MODE.
7. Press the A, B, or C button to set custom light modes according to your preference.
8. Check the LED indicator to know the mode of operation of the device, battery level, or any error messages that may occur.

BUTTON FUNCTIONS

POWER Button

• Long press (> 2 s) to turn E-System on
• Long press (> 2 s) to turn E-System off

UP Button

• Increase assist mode

DOWN Button

• Decrease assist mode

LIGHT Button

• If Auto Mode setting enabled by EOX® App see chart LIGHT button A
• If Auto Mode setting disabled by EOX® App see chart LIGHT button B

A,B and C Button

• If no EOX® VIEW 1200 is used the A/B/C buttons can be used to operate a display unit connected by Bluetooth (e.g. EOX® VIEW 1300 or SIGMA EOX® App)

START-UP ASSISTANCE

1. To enter the start-up assistance mode press DOWN button until the upper four LEDs start flashing white.
2. To trigger the start-up assistance long-press the DOWN button while start-up assistance mode is activated.
3. Once you release the DOWN button the start-up assistance stops.

LED INDICATOR

Normal Mode

• Upper four LEDs: Assist Mode shown by different colors
• Lower five LEDs: Battery Level shown on a scale

Error Messages

• LED indicator lights red
• In case of any error please contact your dealer

FIRST START

1. Download SIGMA EOX® App from App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Install the app and enable bluetooth on your smartphone.
3. Press the power button to turn on your bike and your EOX® products.
4. Open the app, search for your EOX® products and follow the instructions to connect your device.
