SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Read these instructions carefully before use, and save them for future reference.

  • The product is intended to be used to scare away pests. All other use is prohibited.

  • The product is only intended for household use outdoors and is not suitable for commercial purposes.

  • The product is not intended to be used by persons (children or adults) with any form of functional disorders, or by persons who do not have sufficient experience or knowledge on how to use it unless they have received instructions concerning the use of the product from someone who is responsible for their safety.

  • Never place the product near small children.

  • If pets react when the product starts, choose another operating mode.

  • The product is intended for use outdoors and withstands rain (IPX4). Do not immerse the product in water or any other liquid.

  • Check the product at regular intervals for damage.
    WARNING!

  • Risk of personal injury
    – Risk of hearing impairment. Never hold or put the product near the ears of people or animals.

  • Keep the packaging material out of the reach of children
    – the risk of suffocation.

  • Keep the product under careful supervision when it is used near children. Keep children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the product.

BATTERIES

  • Only use the product with 1.5 V AA batteries.
  • Make sure to insert the batteries with the correct polarity.
  • Do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Remove the batteries when the product is not going to be used for some time to prevent battery leakage.

FUNCTION
The ultrasound chamber scares away dogs, cats, martens, and other similar animals without the use of poison or chemicals and without injuring the animals. The product is intended to be used in gardens, flowerbeds, attics, storerooms, etc.
USE
OPERATING MODES

  • The product has three operating modes.
  • Press the mode selector to start and switch off the
    product and to set the required operating mode.

Start
Select the required operating mode (1 to 3).
NOTE:
The product is activated for 4 to 5 seconds.
Switching off
Move the mode selector (1) to position 0.
MODE SELECTOR (1)

0 The product is switched off
1 The product is active for 5 seconds and switched off for 120 seconds
2 The product is active for 5 seconds and switched off for 5 minutes
3 The product is activated by the sensor when an animal is detected within

the range of the product

NOTE:
When the status light flashes continuously the battery is discharged and must be replaced. When new or fully charged batteries are inserted the product works as usual.
REPLACING THE BATTERY
The product runs on 3 batteries.

  1. Undo the screws on the battery cover (6) with a Phillips screwdriver and remove the cover.
  2. Insert the batteries in the battery compartment with the correct polarity.
  3. Replace the battery cover and screw it tight.

INSTALLATION
The product can be hung up or positioned with the support leg stuck in the ground.
Support leg

  1. Fit the two parts of the aluminum support leg together (7) and (8). Use a rubber mallet if necessary.
  2. Press the support leg firmly on the ground.
  3. Hook the fastener (3) underneath the product on the support leg.

Hanging on wall
The product can be mounted on a wall at the required height (max 1.2 meters above the ground).

MAINTENANCE

CLEANING
The product does not require any maintenance. Wipe the casing with a damp cloth.
STORAGE
Store the product in a safe place at a max of 25°C.
