ZENDURE SuperTank Portable Laptop Charger

Product Information

The Zendure SuperTank is an external battery with a capacity of 27,000mAh and a maximum output of 100W. It has two USB-C ports, one for input and output, and the other for output only, and two USB-A ports for output. It also features X-Charge low-power mode for wearable devices. The SuperTank comes in three colors: black, silver, and blue.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Charge the SuperTank: Connect the power adapter to the USB-C port of your SuperTank with a USB-C charge/sync cable. During charging, the LED screen will flash and display the charging power level.
2. Check the Power Level: Press the Power button to check the power level of the SuperTank. The LED indicator will display the current power level.
3. Charge Your Devices: Connect your device to the USB output ports of SuperTank with a charge/sync cable. As the device is being charged, the LED screen will display the power level. To avoid your laptop recharging SuperTank, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to switch power output from SuperTank to your laptop.
4. X-Charge Low-Power Mode for Wearable Devices: Double press the power button to enter X-Charge mode and display the X icon. Connect your device to the USB output ports of SuperTank with a charge/sync cable. Double press again to turn off X-Charge mode.
5. Cautions:
   • Fully charge your Zendure external battery before using it for the first time.
   • Store in a cool and dry place. Recommended storage temperature: -10C to 45C; Operating temperature 0C to 35C.
   • Use original or certified cables.
   • Do not expose to moisture or submerge it in liquid.
   • Do not disassemble or attempt to re-purpose or modify it in any manner.
   • Stop using and contact the manufacturer if the product is excessively hot, emitting odor, deformed, or any other abnormalities.
   • Do not clean with harmful chemicals or detergents.
   • Do not operate your battery in an enclosed or unventilated environment, such as a carrying bag, pocket, or purse, to prevent overheating. Be cautious of drops, bumps, abrasions, or other impacts.
   • Avoid strenuous vibration, impact, extrusion on transportation and keep the product away from intense sunlight and rain.
   • Keep it away from children under 3 years old for safety.
   • Please dispose of discarded products properly according to local regulations.

Charge the Power Level

Press the Power button, and the LED indicator will display current power level.

Charge your device

Connect your device to the USB output ports of SuperTank with a charge/sync cable. As the device is being charged, the LED scree display the power level.
Note: To avoid your laptop recharging SuperTank, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to switch power output from SuperTank to your laptop.

Recharge Your SuperTank

Connect the power adapter to the UBS-C port of your SuperTank with a USB-C charge/sync cable. During charging, the LED screen will flash and display the charging power level.

X-Charge Low-Power Mode for Wearable Devices

Double press the power button, SuperTank will enter X-Charge mode and display the “X” icon. Connect your device to the USB output ports of SuperTank with a charge/sync cable. Double press again to turn off X-Charge mode.

• A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
• The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
  • Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation and service of the product.
  •  Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g. during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
  •  Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
  • Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
  • If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
