Product Information
The 2ft. LED T8 Tubes are designed to replace traditional fluorescent tubes with energy-efficient LED lighting. The retrofit kit includes the LED tube, operation instructions, and a field applied double-ended or single-ended application label. Product Usage Instructions
- Turn off the power supply to the fixture and remove the existing fluorescent tube.
- Remove the ballast cover and disconnect the ballast from the fixture.
- Install the LED tube according to the markings on the tube itself or the included label, ensuring it is firmly in place.
- Connect the wires according to the wiring diagram provided in the operation instructions.
- Replace the ballast cover and turn on the power supply to the fixture to test the LED tube.
Note: If the LED tube does not turn on after installation, turn off the power supply and check that the wires are connected correctly. If the issue persists, contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

Safety Precautions
For your and others’ safety, please read the precaution carefully before
installation:
- Product should be installed by qualified electrician.
- Switch of the power supply before commencing work, make sure correct connection before power on.
- Suitable for use with the following emergency equipment: PRECISION LIGHTING & TRANSFORMER, INC., model PLTSP91, PLTSP92.
- Only use the control provided with or specified by these instructions to control this lamp. This lamp ill not operate properly when connected to a standard (incandescent) dimmer or dimming control. Only operate with specific dimmer manufactured by Lutron, type NTELV-300.

Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation. Installers should not disconnect existing wires from lamp holder terminals to make new connections at lamp holder terminals. Instead installers should cut existing lamp holder leads away from the lamp holder and make new electrical connections to lamp holder lead wires by employing applicable connectors.

Type B LAMP- intended for operation in luminaires with traditional fluorescent-type lamp holders wired directly to the branch circuit. This includes both factory-wired luminaries as well as those converted for this purpose under a retrofit program.
The units covered by this report were intended to retrofit surface mount, Type IC or nonbloc recessed mount Listed fluorescent luminaires that use maximum 4 tubular lamps, the minimum lamp compartment dimensions are tabulated below
