Product Information
The SMH-10102/1020CH2 is a professional-grade communication headset with a detachable cable. It features a swiveling gooseneck that can be used to mute the microphone when in the upright position, and a 3.5mm TRRS connector for easy connection to mobile devices. The headset comes with various accessories that allow for connectivity to different audio systems. The headset’s microphone element has a cardioid polar pattern with a frequency range of 100Hz to 10kHz and a sensitivity of -42 ± 3dB. The headphone speaker has a diameter of 40mm and is made of neodymium, with a frequency range of 20Hz to 20kHz and a sensitivity of 87dB (SMH-1010CH2) or 84dB (SMH-1020CH2). The maximum input power is 40mW, and the impedance is either 400 ohms (SMH- 1010CH2) or 200 ohms parallel (SMH-1020CH2).

Product Usage Instructions
To detach the cable, turn the plug counterclockwise a quarter-turn and remove it from the jack. To mute the microphone, swivel the gooseneck to the upright position. To unmute the microphone, return the mic back down to the speaking position. Connect the headset to your audio system using one of the available accessories. Choose the accessory that is compatible with your system and connect it to the TRRS connector on the headset. Use the headset for communication purposes, such as gaming, broadcasting, or recording. Adjust the headphone volume to a comfortable level and avoid listening at high volumes for extended periods to prevent hearing damage. If you experience any issues with the product, contact Senal Customer Service Department to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return the defective product to Senal along with the RMA number and proof of purchase.

To attach the cable :
- Fully insert the plug.
- A quarter-turn clockwise locks the plug into place.
To detach the cable: Turn the plug counterclockwise a quarter-turn and remove it from the jack.
Muting the Microphone
Swivel the gooseneck to the upright position to mute the microphone. Returning
the mic back down to the speaking position will unmute it.

Three-Year Limited Warranty
This SENAL product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of
three (3) years from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after
replacement, whichever occurs later. The warranty provider’s responsibility
with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or
replacement, at the provider’s discretion, of any product that fails during
