Product description
Assembly
- Unpack the anti-splash water bowl and all accessories.
- Place the bowl on a flat surface. Fill the bowl with water (maximum 2 liters).
- Remove the plastic film protection from the carbon filter, soak the carbon filter in water for 10 minutes, then rinse it. Clip the filter into the designed spot under the floating lid, as shown in the illustration above.
- Place the floating lid into the bowl, over the water surface.
- Clip the retaining border to the top of the bowl.
Cleaning & maintenance
Your anti-splash water bowl should be cleaned regularly. The cleaning frequency depends on the number of animals that use the bowl: more frequent cleaning is required if several animals drink out of the same bowl.
As a general rule, we advise cleaning the bowl and the floating lid at least once a week, using warm soapy water.
We also recommend changing the filter every 30 days.
How to use it
Some pets may need some time to get used to the bowl. You may gently press your finger on the floating lid to help your pet notice the presence of water.
