WARNING – RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK OR ELECTROCUTIO!
Before carrying out any operation on the pump, disconnect the power supply ! Failure to do so could result in death or serious injury to service person, pool users or others due to electric shock

WARNING — This product must be installed by a licensed or certified electrician of a qualified pool professional. All applicable local installation codes and ordinances must also be adhered to. Improper installation will create an electrical hazard which could result in death or serious injury to pool users, installers or others due to electrical shock, and may also arise damage to property

DANGER – Do not permit children to operate this equipment.

WARNING — Check the pH and sanitizer levels of the water before using the pool and make sure filtration is not obstructed

WARNING ~ When mixing acid with water, ALWAYS ADD ACID TO WATER, NEVER ADD WATER TO ACID. When adding any chemical to the pool, be sure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions thoroughly.

DANGER — DO NOT MIX SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE AND MURATIC ACID

WARNING — CHEMICAL BURN HAZARD: Make sure all pumps are switched off at main circuit breakers at the house before drilling into any pipes. Securely fasten all electrical, water and chemical lines. Locate chemical feed pimps and chemical storage tanks in a safe and secure area.

WARNING Strictly follow the acid manufacturers safety and handling protocols including hand, body and eye protection when transferring or handling acid. Safety precautions should be used when handling Muriatic acid to control pH water levels. Muriatic acid cab cause serious body injury and damage pool equipment. Extra care must be taken when installing, maintaining and operating acid pump feed systems. Acid is dangerous to handle and should be properly contained, transported, poured, stored and dispensed.

WARNING — Periodically use an independent pH and Chlorine test kit to verify that pH and chlorine is at a safe level. If the pH and Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP)or conductivity sensors are broken, depleted or dirty with oils, lotions, or other contaminents, they can report inaccurate results to the system causing incorrect water chemistry, which could harm people or equipment.

Instructions to install Fixed flow peristaltic pump

Max Suction height : 5m

When installing the pump read the label and verify the following:

  • tubing material is compatible with the liquid;
  • the power supply available is identical to the indicated one;
  • pressure at the injection point is lower or equal to the pump nominal pressure;
  • suction tubing is inserted in the liquid container, fitted to the suction connection of the pump (represented on the lic with 4) and tightened with the proper nut.
  • delivery tubing is fitted to the delivery connection of the pump (represented on the lid with ‘v), tightened with the proper nut and fitted to the tank injection connection;
  • the protection lic of the liquid end is properly fitted in its seat;
  • the pump is connected to an electric system which has an all-poles disconnection device with open state distance between contacts of at least 3 mm.

If any of th ns here contained is not respected there can be damage to persons and/or incorrect working or damage to the apparatus

IMPORTANT !

Before carrying out any operation on the pump, disconnect the power supply

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Pump installation with the provided bracket

  • fix the bracket with the provided screw.
  • in case of tiled or low friction walls use the supplied adhesive tape as follow:
    o peel off one of the two protective foils from the tape, stick the tape to the bracket, peel off the second protective foil and proceed to fix the bracket with the provided screw
    o fix the pump on the bracket making tongues on the back of the pump slide in the bracket.

Suction filter installation
1. cut as lot of 25mm into the center of the cap on the acid canister and a 8mm slat in the side of the canister closing cap.
2. Trim the edge of the conical seal on the suction plunger to fit the canister opening and slide the plunger into the canister
3. Slide the closing cap onto the plastic pipe on top of the conical seal and tighten the nut

Connect the pH pump and the pH corrector level sensor as desbrided below

Connect the chlorine pump and the chlorine level sensor as described bellow. Select others in settings manual install other.

Tubing substitution

  • Disconnect the pump from the power supply and take off the transparent lid on the hydraulic group

  • to dismantle the tube:
    o turn the roll holder so that the rollers are on a vertical line
    o remove from its seat the connection on the left of the pump, alternatively pull the tube out of its seat and manually rotate the roll holder clockwise until it is possible to extract the right hand side connection from its seat.

  • to mount the tube:
    o turn the roll holder so that the rollers are on a horizontal line;
    o insert the connection in its seat on the left of the pump with the curved side towards the floor;
    o alternatively push the tube into its seat and manually rotate the roll holder clockwise until it is possible to insert the right hand side connection into its seat;
    o insert the protection lid starting from the top, with the shear facing the pump and pushing slightly on the sides so to hear the click.
