The NewPie NP-S2201 omnidirectional conference speakerphone is a high-quality speakerphone with professional noise reduction function, 3-microphone array pickup, compatible with multi-media conferencing platforms. It is suitable for various scenarios such as home, office, team meeting, business, online audio and video conference, etc. It is designed to provide a HiFi-level high-quality music experience with its unique sound cavity design and high-power speaker unit. The speakerphone can also be used as a Bluetooth speaker.

Product Usage

Please carefully read the instruction manual before using the product, and keep it for future reference!

Connecting

  1. Connect the speakerphone to your computer via a USB-C cable.
  2. The speakerphone can stay connected via either USB or Bluetooth, but not both at the same time.
  3. For Bluetooth connection, press-hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the speakerphone, and then activate the Bluetooth pairing state.

On/Off

  1. When the speakerphone is connected through a USB data cable to a computer, it will automatically switch to USB connection mode.
  2. Upon press-holding the power button for 2 seconds, if the unit is not connected to a computer via USB, the speakerphone will turn on, and can then be connected via Bluetooth.
  3. After turning on, if there is no Bluetooth connection within 5 minutes, the speakerphone will automatically turn off.
  4. In the Bluetooth connection mode, press-hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the speakerphone.

Status Indicators

  • Status ring light is solid blue – The speakerphone is connected to a computer via USB.
  • Bluetooth light is solid blue – The speakerphone is connected to a computer or mobile device via Bluetooth.
  • Bluetooth light is blinking red and blue – Bluetooth pairing mode.
  • Bluetooth is blinking blue – Ready for Bluetooth connection.
  • Status ring light is blinking blue – Bluetooth connected.
  • Status ring light blinks clockwise/counterclockwise – Incoming call to Bluetooth-connected mobile phone.
  • Status ring light is solid red – Volume increase or decrease; Microphone array muted; Charging; Low battery reminder. Press the power button to check the battery charge level (according to battery percentage).

Key Functions

  • Answer / Hang up call – Short press
  • Reject call – Press-hold for 2 seconds
  • Volume decrease – Short press
  • Volume increase – Short press
  • Microphone Mute / Unmute – Short press
  • Turn Bluetooth on / off – Press-hold for 2 seconds
  • Activate Bluetooth pairing state – Short press
  • Check battery charge level – Short press power button
  • Turn on / off – Press-hold for 2 seconds

Connect to your laptop

  2. Connect to your computer or mobile device via Bluetooth.

    • Long-press the power button to turn on the speakerphone, after which it will switch to its Bluetooth pairing mode (waiting for a connect ion).
      ( Note: Bluetooth ID is NewPie)

    • Turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone / computer / tablet / other device, search and find NewPie, and then tap / click to connect.

  3. The speakerphone can stay connected via either USB or Bluetooth, but not both at the same time.

Troubleshooting

  1.  If the speakerphone fails to turn on when using it for the first time, please recharge it before attempting once more.
  2. If the speakerphone cannot be normally shut down during usage, please short-press the reset button to reset it.
