DISHPATCH Taco Express Slow Cooked Lamb Instructions
COOKING TIME: 15 minutes
SERVES: 2
IN THE BOX
- Lamb shoulder (celery)
- Mozzarella cheese (milk)
- Tortillas
- White onion
- Coriander
- Morita salsa
Lime
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the lamb shoulder (1) from the fridge and bring it up to room temperature.
Preheat the grill to medium.

Tip the lamb shoulder into an ovenproof pan.
Warm over a medium heat on the hob for 5 minutes, until heated through. -
Sprinkle over the mozzarella cheese (2) and place the pan under the grill for 2–3 minutes, until golden-brown.

Dry-fry the tortillas (3) one at a time over a medium heat for 30 seconds on each side.
Alternatively, place on a microwavable plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave on medium in 30-second bursts until warm through. Stack the tortillas and cover to keep warm. -
Arrange the white onion (4), coriander (5), morita salsa (6) and lime (in wedges) around the plate so you and your amigo can help yourselves.

To serve, use two forks to pull the lamb shoulder apart. Build your tacos by filling each tortilla with some lamb and all the tasty toppings.
STORAGE AND USE-BY DATE
Transfer all components to the fridge as soon as received. Ensure all chilled
items are cold on arrival.
