IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

The following safety precautions should always be followed, to reduce the risk of electric shock, personal injury or lire. It is Important to read all of these instructions carefully before using the product, and to save them for future reference or new users.

• This product must only be used as intended in accordance with the enclosed operating instructions.
• Do not carry the appliance by the mains cable or pull the cable to remove the plug from the socket.
• If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, It shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
• If the luminaire stops unexpectedly or appears to malfunction, switch off the power supply, unplug from the mains and stop using immediately. Seek professional advice to rectify the fault or make repairs.
• Switch off the power supply or unplug from the mains socket when not in use, before cleaning or changing accessories.
• Avoid positioning the luminaire where the power cable might be accidentally trapped or damaged.
• Keep the luminaire and cable away from sources of heat, sharp objects or anything that may cause damage.
• Ensure the luminaire is switched OFF before connecting the mains power supply.
• Be aware that some surfaces may become hot. Do not touch hot surfaces and supervise others accordingly.
• This product has not been designed for use by children.
• Children should be closely supervised at all times when they are near any electrical appliance.
• To protect against electric shock, never allow the luminaire, the mains cable or plug to come into contact with water or any other liquid.
• Never reach for any appliance that has fallen into water. Switch off the power supply at the mains immediately and unplug. Do not re-use until the product has been inspected and approved by a qualified electrician.
• Always ensure that hands are dry before operating or adjusting any switch on the product or touching the plug and mains supply connections.
• To disconnect, first ensure that all controls are in the OFF position, then remove the plug from the electricity supply.
• Do not use outdoors. This luminaire has been designed for domestic indoor use only.
• Use only a microfiber and dry cloth for cleaning the product.
• Operate carefully to not cause any damage by dropping or physical shocking it.
• Do not leave the product in excessive heat, high temperatures can cause the product to malfunction.
• The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
• For indoor use only.
• Use provided AC adaptor with power cable and plug only.

User Manual and installation for the LED Driver (AC Adaptor):

1. Before connecting the DC plug to the luminaire, make sure LED Driver (AC Adaptor) is plug off from mains and determine whether the voltage and current rating match the input of the luminaire.
2. The power cord must be placed in an environment that will not be trampled or squeezed.
3. To avoid overheating, install the LED driver (AC adaptor) in a well-ventilated environment. If the adjacent luminaire primary heat source, it must be 10 cm minimum from the luminaire.
4. If the luminaire is not in use for a long time, remove the LED driver (AC daptor) to prevent the luminaire from be in damaged by inductive lightning strike or voltage surge.
5. See below for installation in recessed mounted. The LED Driver (AC adaptor) is classified as “Do-not-cover.See note and diagram as below.
   (a) The minimum clearance distance from the top and sides of the LED driver (AC Adaptor)to normal flammable building elements is 100mm.
   (b) The LED driver (AC Adaptor) is not required to be mounted on a specific surface and has no additional installation requirements.

Please take a minute to read the below information on setting up this device. The modular triangle light can work with both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. After the modular triangle light has been installed, it will need to be paired with an APP Tuya smart” downloaded from Google Play or the Apple store. Once the Tuya Smart APP is installed,it will need to be linked with either Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant account to activate the voice control function.
This user manual consists of three parts. Part one is fundamental set-up, part two and part three are alternative device set up. If you use Amazon Alexa for voice control,please follow instructions on part one and two. If you use Google Assistant for voice control,please skip part two,follow the instructions on part one and three. Installation Instructions:

1. Install Quantum Lights on the base.

2. Connect the adaptor cable to Modular Triangle Lights.

3. Conned the two Modular Triangle Lights with a linker. (Note:The arrow on the linker points to the controller)
   

4. Install two fixed buckles between two Modular Triangle Lights.
   

Noted: When connecting with linkers, avoid linkers forming a current circuit. The arrow on the linker points to the controller.     If you want to disassemble the light, move the light softly in different directions with both hands as shown in the diagram.
In the case as shown in the picture, please do not continue to splice the light in these three places, otherwise the center of gravity will be unstable and collapse may occur.

Instruction Manual for Controller Function:

• Music (musical scenes)
• Mode (dynamic scene)
• Color (static scene)
• ON/OFF

Long press the button for about 10 seconds, the modular triangle light will flash and then keep the static red light on to enter the distribution network state. Note: If the panel is red light and no response, please power off once. Or change to other light flrst,then rematch above step.
Part One How to pair the modular triangle light to Tuya Smart APP?
Install the Tuya Smart APP to control the modular triangle right.
Please download and install the app by:

1. Scanning below QR code or search “Tuya Smart”in Apple Store or Google Play.Create an account on Tuya Smart and login.
   Noted: You will need to enter these account details for Alexa or Google Assistant App pairing later. https://smartapp.tuya.com/tuyasmart

2. Add the modular triangle light to Tuya Smart App. Open the bluetooth and 2.4GHz Wifi on your phone.

3. The smart Wi-Fi devices only supports 2.4 GHz Only. Make sure your mobile device connected to your home 2.4 GHz WiFi network.Please refer to your WiFi router setup guide.

4. Step for the controller: Press and hold the on/off button of the controller for 1 Os seconds, the modular triangle light will flash and then keep static red light on. This will then enter Connection Mode. Please make sure the modular triangle light is standby. (The red light color keeps on)

5. Tap “+” button on top right corner of your phone to add device.
   

6. You will find the device discovered,choose “Add”.
   

7. Enter your Wi-Fi SSID name and Wi-Fi password in then tap “Next”.

8. Then wait for connect with the device,after you add the device ,you can control it by the App.
   

How to control the modular triangle light by Tuya APP.

When you enter the APP,you can press middle button to turn on/off of the light and there are four light modes to choose.

1. CT mode:you can adjust the brightness and change the white color from warm to cold.
   

2. Color mode: you can choose different light colors and adjust the brightness on your phone.
   

3. Jump mode :there are 12 kinds of preset scenes for you to choose.You can enjoy the colorful light by choosing different modes.
   

4. Music active mode: there are 7 kinds of preset music active modes for you to choose, the light will shining according to the different modes. There’s a built-in microphone inside the controller,please place your music playing device near the controller for better results.
   

Part Two-How to control the modular triangle light with Amazon Alexa.

Please make sure that your Alexa app is connected to Echo,and both work your WIFI network.
Step A: Login Alexa App,tap top left corner,and tap “Skills and Games”.
Step B: Type “Tuya Smart”,find “Tuya Smart” from the search result, and tap it to enable the skill.
Step C : Enter your Tuya Smart App account and password.Tap”Link Now”,then Tuya Smart will lincked successfully. When the named modular triangle lig ht is pared to Alexa from Tuya Smart,it will show on the device page ( see the “RGB Mo dular Triangle Light” example)
Step D : Now you can control the modular triangle light with Alexa App on the setting page.
Step E: You can also voice control the modular triangle light with Alexa by giving voice commands: “Alexa, turn on ‘device name'”, “Alexa, set ‘device name’ to number’ “. Device name is the one you give to the modular triangle light. The device is named “RGB Modular Triangle Light” in this user guide .For example, “Alexa, turn onRGB Modular Triangle Light’ “.
Part Three-How to control the modular triangle light with Google Assistant.
Step A: Login Google Assistant App,tap “Home Control”on the right side bar page.
Step B: Tap “+” button on the bottom right to enter next page.
Step C:Find “Tuya Smart” from side bar list.
Step D: Enter your “Tuya Smart” App account and password to bind Tuya Smart account to Google Assistant.
Step E:You can assign the devices of different rooms ,You could voice control it by giving voice commands: ” Hey Google, turn on`device name'”,”Hey Google , set ‘device name’ to ‘number”. Device name is the one you give modular triangle light.The modular triangle light is named “RGB Modular Triangle Light ” in this user guide. For example,”Hey Google,turn on “RGB Modular Triangle Light”.
