Getting Started

A. Setting-up the app

1. Scan the QR code above, download the JioImmerse app and follow the on-screen instructions.

2. To check the list of best compatible phones, please visit: https://www.jio.com/dive
   B. Setting-up JioDive

3. If your phone has a protective case, please remove it.

4. Open the front cover by pressing the front cover lock.

5. Center align your phone screen with JioDive, facing the lenses.

6. Place the phone between the phone support clip and lenses in JioDive.

7. Close the front cover properly.

8. Wear JioDive and adjust the strap for a comfortable fit.

9. If you observe the doubling of the image, rotate the center wheel till the image is clear.

10. If you observe image blurring, rotate the side wheels till the image is clear.

Safety and Care

1. Be aware of the real world. Use in a safe area to avoid bumping into objects around. Warn other people while using JioDive and let them know about your play boundaries.
2. Take a break regularly. Some JioDive experiences can simulate movement which might lead to motion sickness. If you feel sick, stop immediately. Pay attention to your body and don’t try to push through feelings of discomfort. If you are feeling uncomfortable, take a break, drink water and rest before using JioDive again.
3. If you observe dust on the lenses, use microfiber cloth to clean it.
4. Stop using if you feel any skin irritation or reactions. If symptoms persist, contact a doctor.
