Thank you for choosing the 9 in 1 Multisensor for indoor air quality monitoring. Z-Wave certified the multisensor is compatible with the Gateways of the MyVirtuoso Home system.

General Safety Rules

Before using this device, certain precautions must be taken to reduce any risk of fire and/or personal injury:

Read all instructions carefully and follow all precautions contained in this manual. All direct connections to the mains conductors must be made by trained and authorized technical personnel.
Pay attention to all possible danger indications reported on the device and/or contained in this manual, highlighted with the symbol .
Disconnect the device from the power supply or battery charger before cleaning it. For cleaning, do not use detergents but only a damp cloth.
Do not use the device in gas-saturated environments.
Do not place the device near heat sources.
Use only the original EcoDHOME accessories supplied by SmartDHOME.
Do not place the connection and/or power cables under heavy objects, avoid paths near sharp or abrasive objects, and prevent them from being walked on.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not carry out any maintenance on the device but always contact the assistance network.
Contact the service network if one or more of the following conditions occur on the product and/or an accessory (supplied or optional):
- If the product has come into contact with water or liquid substances.
- If the product has suffered obvious damage to the container.
- If the product does not provide performance conforming to its characteristics.
- If the product has undergone a noticeable degradation in performance.
- If the power cord has been damaged.

Note:
Under one or more of these conditions, do not attempt to make any repairs or adjustments not described in this manual. Improper interventions could damage the product, force additional work to regain the desired operation and exclude the product from the warranty.

Description

The MyVirtuoso Home 9-in-1 ambient quality sensor is the most complete you could wish for to monitor the air quality in your home, offices and all the buildings where you spend most of the day. It can track levels of temperature, CO2, noise, light intensity, humidity, volatile organic compounds, particulate matter, people and smoke.

Assembly

For the correct assembly of the device, follow the instructions below:

Remove the metal plate on the back of the device and fix it with screws to the installation box.
Plug in the power, then place the device back on the plate (it will fix magnetically).

Operation

Once turned on, the display will show the information collected by the device. By holding down the F1 key on the side of the device for about 2 seconds, it will be possible to navigate four different screens:

Data collected by the 9 sensors inside the device;
Device inclusion/exclusion screen;
Calibration of sensors;
Date and time settings.

Inclusion
Before starting the procedure for including the device in a Z-Wave network, check that it is turned on, then make sure that the MyVirtuoso Home HUB is in inclusion mode (refer to the relevant manual available on the website www.myvirtuosohome.com/downloads).

Once the gateway is in inclusion mode, scroll on the multisensor screen to the inclusion screen using the F1 key, then quickly press the F2 key 5 times, until the icon turns blue.
Press and hold the F2 key to put the device into learning mode. The icon that turns blue indicates that the inclusion process was successful.

Exclusion
Before starting the procedure for exclusion, the device in a Z-Wave network, check that it is turned on, then make sure that the MyVirtuoso Home HUB is in inclusion mode (refer to the relevant manual available on the website www.myvirtuosohome.com/downloads).

Once the gateway is in inclusion mode, scroll on the multisensor screen to the inclusion screen using the F1 key, then quickly press the F2 key 5 times, until the icon turns blue.
Press and hold the F2 key to put the device into learning mode. The icon that turns blue indicates that the inclusion process was successful.

Disposal

Do not dispose of electrical appliances in mixed urban waste, use separate collection services. Contact the local council for information about available collection systems. If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or in inappropriate places, hazardous substances can escape into groundwater and enter the food chain, damaging health and well-being. When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obliged to accept the old appliance for free disposal.
