How to wear

Please place the earbuds into the cochlea gently, and adjust them to a suitable angle.

Power on
Method 1: Both earbuds powered on and will be connected to each other automatically as soon as the charging case is opened. Take out both earbuds, the master earbud will be flashing red and blue LED light alternatively. (By default factory setting, the left earbud is the master earbud.) Method 2: If your charging case is running out of battery, or earbuds are not in the case. Long press the multifunctional button on both earbuds for about 2 seconds to power them on. The master earbud will be flashing red and blue LED light alternatively. (By default factory setting, the left earbud is the master earbud)
Pairing
Use Method 1 or 2 to pair up the device if you are using it for the first time. Turn on the earbuds and the Bluetooth function on yqur electronic device, search and choose for E16 ‘.W hen it shows connected” it means it is connected successfully. After connecting it for the first time, the earbuds will automatically connect with the device the next time you turn them on. The earbuds will recognize the latest device it is connected to. If the latest device is not nearby, the earbuds will turn into a searching mode (red and blue light flashing alternatively)

Notice

1. Pairing mode will only last for 5mins at most, the earbuds will power off after that if they are not paired. You need to redo the previous steps again to connect the earbuds with your electronic devices.
2. The connection will be lost if the earbuds arc out of the range of the electronic device. It will be reconnected if both devices are within the detectable range in 5 minutes.

Power off
Method 1: Simply just put the earbuds back into the charging case and close it, then the earbuds will be powered off automatically. (The earbuds will not power off automatically if the charging case is out of battery)
Method 2: Long press the multifunctional button for 5 seconds, the red light flashes three times, and the earbuds are powered off.(Note: If the earbud is left unpaired for 5 minutes, the earbud will automatically turn off )
Answer a call
Press the multifunctional button once to answer a call.
Ending a call
Press the multifunctional button once to end a call.
Rejecting a call:
Hold the multifunction button 2 second to rejecting a call when calling.

Call switching mode
During the call, double-click to answer the second call and keep the first call; double-click to switch between two incoming calls.
Voice assistant
Under standby or music playing mode, thrice tap the multifunction button to activate voice assistant.(This feature is only available for device support.)

Music playing

1. Play/pause:Press the multifunction button twice to start or pause the music.
2. Volume up: Press the right earbud’s multifunction button once to control volume up
3. Volume down: Press the left earbud’s multifunction button once to control volume down. re is only available for device support.)
4. Mono mode: only can skip to the next song.
5. Auto Play: Once you finished your phone call, the music will be back on automatically.

Charging the earbuds

When the earbuds are on low battery, there is a voice prompt to remind you to put the earbuds back into the case for charging.The red light is on when the earbuds are charging. The red light will turn off when the earbuds are fully charged.

Mono Mode

1. For mono mode, make sure only one earbud is turned on before connecting to an electronic device.
2. When connecting to a known device, turn on the earbud by pressing the multifunctional button for 2 seconds and it will reconnect to the device automatically.
3. When playing music in mono mode, the multifunctional button only allows you to switch to the next song.
4. When connecting to a new device, press the multifunctional button for about 5 seconds to enter pairinc mode, then select “connect” in the Bluetooti setting.

Reset Setting
When the earbuds is in the charging case, press and hold the charging case for 5 seconds,digital screen lights up for 2 seconds,then the earbuds are reset.

Active-Standby Mode

1. The earbud can work independently; you do not need to connect both earbuds with your mobile phone to get them to work. If you are using one earbud and would like to connect another earbud, simply just take the remaining earbud out of the case.
2. When the master earbud (default left) is out of battery or is not placed in the charging case, the right earbud will change to the master earbud.

Technical Solution

If you have issues pairing the earbuds with your electronic devices, please try the following steps:
First: Make sure the earbuds are fully charged,are powered on,are not paired with other devices, the mobile phone Bluetooth function is enablec and is on,within the range of distance between the earbuds and your mobile phone. If the above steps do not solve the problem, please try to the Reset Setting steps and then pair the connection again.

Safety Criterion

1. Please follow the instruction of the user manual and do not disassemble or modify the device otherwise it may cause the earbuds to fail to work, or burnt.
2. Do not drop or wash the product in any liquid.
3. Do not use adapters with current/voltage exceeding the limit 1A/5V to charge the case or the battery will be damaged.
4. Do not put the equipment under too high or too low temperature ( Below 0 °C or above 45°C)
5. Do not block the charging pin, LED indicator and the microphone.
6. Do not use the earbuds over time and over-volume, or it will make you feel dizzy or damage your hearing.
7. Do not use the devices under thunderstorm environment. A thunderstorm may cause abnormal operation of the devices, signal interruption, etc.
