- Please fill the AGS info form (one end users / form) and separate APC Global service order
- All units must have proof of purchase (if the serial no. and purchased date is different from 3 months)

AGS Installation Policy
Installation Conditions APC-UPS (Single Phase)

The details in the AGS Form must be complete. Otherwise, the company can not be considered for registration. (Especially after the sign).

The customer or distributor must submit AGS Form to the company. The team can install the following conditions as detailed below :
-
Duration of service after receiving the complete document from the customer or dealer:

days (Bangkok and Metropolitan area)

days (upcountry)
-
The customer or distributor must deliver the UPS to the installation site (ready to installation) and prepare the power system for the Field service engineer.

Items to be prepared by the customer (the company is not prepared)

Input Line and Output Cable within 5 meters (1Phase & 3 Phases Input Type) or Up to 10 meters in both Input and
Output -
Additional equipment required for installation are: Connector, Cable Lugs, Wire Mark with Accessories

Additional equipment required for electrical wiring is Waterproof Flexible Conduit or Wire Way with Accessories.

The wage for electrical wiring and moving the UPS to the installation point.

The company will send a Field service engineer to service the installation of the UPS. The details are as follows.

Install the power supply according to the specified conditions.
-
Test the UPS after installation. The company is not responsible for any outgoing power system.
However, it will indicate that the APC-UPS’s electrical outlets can work properly and securely. -
Field service engineer will introduce basic operation, maintenance the UPS, and basic information (Output Load Test Of APC – UPS only)

* Customers can inquire and confirm the appointment, and installation of the UPS as described above. After submitting the AGS Form- Field service engineer will not be able to access the service or installation if the customer does not prepare the location of the power supply and equipment mentioned in the conditions
