What You Will Need

Powered Subwoofer
AV receiver, surround processor, or 2-channel pre-amp with a subwoofer pre- out, or L/R line level pre-out

General Placement and Setup Tips

  • Place the subwoofer, powered speakers or amplifier at its intended location.
  • Try to maintain line-of-sight (no walls or solid barriers) between the transmitter and receiver for best results.
  • Receiver should be within 65 feet of transmitter for best results.
  • Avoid placing the transmitter next to devices that could create signal interference, such as 5.8 GHZ wireless phones, baby monitors and Wi-Fi routers.

  1. Connect the 3.5 mm to dual RCA adapter cable to the subwoofer pre-out or LFE channel of the AV processor and to the input on the wireless transmitter.
    Use only one RCA cable channel (e.g. Red).
    The other RCA connector is unused in this case.

  2. Connect the USB A to Micro B cable to the wireless transmitter and the 5V DC power supply.

  3. Connect the 5V DC power supply to a 120V AC outlet.

Connecting the Wireless Transmitter to a 2-channel stereo pre-amp

  1. Connect the 3.5 mm to dual RCA adapter cable to the L/R line level pre-outs of the 2-channel stereo pre-amp and to the input on the wireless transmitter.
  2. Connect the USB A to Micro B cable to the wireless transmitter and the 5V DC power supply.
  3. Connect the 5V DC power supply to a 120V AC outlet.

Connecting the Wireless Receiver to your Subwoofer

  1. For AV processor applications, connect the 3.5 mm to dual RCA adapter cable to the LFE input and the input on the wireless receiver.
    Use only one RCA cable channel (e.g. Red).
    The other RCA connector is unused in this case.

  2. For 2-channel stereo pre-amp applications connect the 3.5 mm to dual RCA adapter cable to both the L and R subwoofer inputs and to the input on the wireless receiver.

  3. Connect the USB A to Micro B cable to the wireless receiver and the 5V DC USB port located on the rear subwoofer amp panel (or alternatively, connect the 5V DC power supply to a 120V AC outlet).

Pairing the Transmitter and Receiver

  1. The transmitter and receiver are synched at the time of manufacture and will pair automatically when connected and powered on.
  2. Successful pairing will be indicated by a steady blue light on the transmitter and receiver.
  3. A flashing light indicates the units are not paired. To re-pair the units, perform the following actions:
  4. Press and hold the small button on one unit (it doesn’t matter which one you select) until the blue light starts blinking.
  5. Immediately walk over to the other unit and press/hold the small button until the blue light starts blinking.
  6. Both will blink a few times then turn solid blue when they are successfully paired.

If you are having technical trouble, please include the model number and briefly explain what steps you took to resolve the problem in your email, or be prepared to answer these questions over the phone.
If you are considering returning the product, it’s required that you contact Origin Acoustics prior to any return attempts.
This way we can determine if the issue can be resolved without returning the product, or if needed we can provide instructions and support for the return process.

2 Year Limited Warranty

Origin Acoustics warrants to the original retail purchaser only that this Origin Acoustics product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided the speaker was purchased from an Origin Acoustics authorized dealer.
If the product is determined to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced at Origin Acoustics’ discretion.
If the product must be replaced yet it is no longer manufactured, it will be replaced with a model of equal to or greater value that is the most similar to the original.
If this is the case, installing the replacement model may require mounting modifications; Origin Acoustics will not be responsible for any such related costs.

Requirements & Warranty Coverage

This warranty may not be valid if the product was purchased through an unauthorized dealer.
This warranty only applies to the individual that made the original purchase, and it cannot be applied to other purchases.
The purchaser must be prepared to provide proof of purchase (receipt).
This warranty will not be valid if the identifying number or serial number has been removed, defaced, or altered.

Not Covered by Warranty

  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by abuse or misuse
  • Damage caused by attempted repairs/modifications by anyone other than Origin Acoustics or an authorized dealer
  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Normal wear, maintenance, and environmental issues
  • Damage caused by voltage inputs in excess of the rated maximum of the unit
  • Damage inflicted during the return shipment

Return Process

Before making any return attempts, it is required that you first contact Origin Acoustics.
Return product to Origin Acoustics or your dealer, either in person or by mail.
It’s preferable if the product is returned in the original packaging.
If this isn’t possible, the customer is responsible for insuring the shipment for the full value of the product.
This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this may not apply depending on the customer’s location.
