ON “AS AVAILABLE BASIS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND.
WARNING
- DJI™ RS 3 Mini is powered by a built-in battery through the grip. Users take full responsibility for all operations and usage.
- The grip should be used in temperatures from -10° to 45° C (14° to 113° F). Use of the grip in environments above 50° C (122° F) can lead to a fire or explosion. Use of grip below 0° C (32° F) can significantly reduce operation time.
- DO NOT disassemble or pierce the grip in any way or the battery may leak, ignite, or explode.
- DO NOT drop or strike batteries. DO NOT place heavy objects on the grip or charger.
- DO NOT heat batteries. DO NOT put the grip in a microwave oven or in a pressurized container.
- Contact DJI Support immediately if any of the components break in order to avoid further damage and risk of injury.
- DJI RS 3 Mini has built-in high precision sensors. Dropping or striking it in any way may cause permanent sensor damage, leading to abnormal functionality. Contact DJI Support immediately if this happens.
CAUTION
- DO NOT disassemble DJI RS 3 Mini or its accessories. Improper or poor handling could damage the gimbal.
- Make sure to keep DJI RS 3 Mini clear of dust and water. Otherwise, it may be damaged.
- Make sure to mount the gimbal firmly when using DJI RS 3 Mini in a high-speed situation.
NOTICE
- The motor can get hot after long operation times. Remain cautious and avoid touching it where possible.
- DO NOT obstruct the gimbal movements. Otherwise, you may injure your hand.

The following conditions must be met for obtaining the manufacturer warranty service:
• During warranty period, a product is normal used, as intended by the manufacturer.
• No unauthorized disassembling modification or installation has been performed.
• Labels, serial numbers, waterproof mark, false proof mark, etc. show no signs of tampering or altering;
• Valid proof of purchase doceurnents in Australia (tax invoice, register receipt, order number, or bank statement showing the transaction) are available. -
The manufacturer warranty does not cover the following:
• Crash or fire damage caused by non-manufacturing factors, including but not limited to, pilot errors.
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
• Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
• Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits, mismatch or misuse of battery and charger.
• Damage caused by flights which did not follow recommended instruction manuals.
• Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong wind, rain, sand/ dust storm, etc ).
• Damage caused by operating the product in surrounding environment with electromagnetic interference (i.e. a mining areas, close to radio transmission towers, high-voltage wires, substations, etc.)
• Damage caused by operating the product in surrounding environment suffering from interference with other wireless devices (i.e. transmitter, video-link, Wi-Fi signals, etc.).
• Damage caused by operating the product at a weight greater than the safe takeoff weight as specified by the instruction manuals.
• Damage caused by a forced flight when components have aged or been damaged.
• Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthenticated third-party parts.
• Damage caused by operating the product with a low charged or defective battery.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of a product.
• Loss of, or damage to, your data saved in your product.
• Any software, whether provided with the product or installed subsequently.
• Failure of, or damage caused by any third party products, including those that DJI may provide or integrated into the DJI product at your request
• Any technical or other support by DJI, such as assistance with “how-to- questions and those regarding product set-up and installation.
• Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed. -
Miscellaneous
• You are responsible for shipping costs for refund, replacement or repair, provided always that your product is confirmed not to be covered under the manufacturer warranty by DJI.
• DJI technical staff will examine the product to identify the responsible party.
• If a product is out of the manufacturer warranty or does not belong to any manufacturer warranty issues, DJI will advise you of the cost of repair and return delivery prior to repair or send back the product.
• If your product is not covered by the manufacturer warranty, you can still request a paid repair service.
