CALIBRATION GUIDE
To Ensure Safe Use
WARNING
- Confirm you have successfully finished the hardware and software installation before you begin the calibration process.
- The mounting position of the EYE XO2 sensor must be perfectly aligned 3 feet 6 inches in front of your tee position and between 9 – 10 feet for the ceiling height. Failure to meet these requirements will result in accuracy issues.
Calibration

Locate the C Drive under “This PC.” Click the Uneekor folder -> Device -> Launch Monitor -> EYEXO. In the EYEXO folder click on EYEXO2_Calibration” *To create a desktop shortcut, rightclick on EYEXO2_Calibration and click on “Create Shortcut”. The application should appear on your desktop shortly after.
If you do not see “EYEXO2_Calibration in the “EYEXO” folder, that means Windows Defender has quarantined the file. You will need to go into your Windows Security settings under Virus & Threat Protection.
Click on “Protection History” and you will need to “restore” and “allow” the file.Next you will go into “Exclusions” and add the files “EYEXO2_Calibration” and “EYEXOCam” to the list. -
Once the “EYEXO2_Calibration” is opened you will see this window > *Make sure that there is nothing else white in the screen on the right except for the calibration board.

Confirm that you see the “STATUS” boxes for “CENTER CAM,” “SIDE CAM,” and “XMINI” are all green. (If the status is red, that means you have not properly set the IP address. Refer to the red text at the end of this page)

Use the “CENTER CAM” as your point of reference. Make sure the arrow on the calibration board is facing the impact screen. Align the crosshair on the calibration board with the red crosshair on the “CENTER CAM.” (Double click the “CENTER CAM” box to enlarge image.)

Next place the bubble level on the chart to confirm that the hitting mat is level front to back and side to side. Confirm that the top of the front facing side of the checkerboard is parallel to the impact screen, and then click the “CALIBRATION” button on the top right corner.
- Make sure that your sensor is not connected via ethernet adapter or hub.
- Confirm that the static IP of the ethernet port is set to 172.16.1.100 before starting the calibration process. You can use the guide here to help configure it properly.

Wait a few seconds and you should see “Calibration Success.” message in a separate window. Click the “Confirm” button and then move onto “Area Setting” next.

Click on the “Area Setting” button.

Make sure “One Area mode” is checked “ON.” The green box is the hitting area and can not be moved without remounting the sensor or moving the hitting turf.
Click “Confirm” to save the changes. -
Confirm your calibration looks like the example to the right. If it does not, then you must either adjust your hitting mat or remount the sensor, so your hitting area is centered with the “SIDE CAM.” (If you move the hitting turf or the position of the mount after calibrating, you must recalibrate the sensor) Click “Confirm” and you are now finished with calibration. Make sure “One Area mode” and “Rough/ Bunker mat” are checked “ON.” Place Bunker Mat in the front yellow box and the Rough Mat in the green box towards the back. (You are able to slide the green and yellow boxes side-to-side, and up and down.) Click “Confirm” to save the changes.

Confirm your calibration looks like the example to the right. If it does not, then you must either adjust your hitting mat or remount the sensor so your hitting area is centered with the “SIDE CAM.” (If you move the hitting turf or the position of the mount after calibrating, you must recalibrate the sensor) Click “Confirm” and you are now finished with calibration. *If issues still occur after following these steps, please email: support@uneekor.com.
