SETTING U P YOUR WEBCAM

  1. Ploce your webcom
    Grosp the webcom os shown ond open the flexible clip/base with our other hand. Mount the webcom, making sure the foot on the flexible clip/base is flush with the bock of your monitor

  2. Connect the webcom
    Plug it into one of the USB ports of your computer. If you ore using o desktop PC, it will be better to plug it into the USB ports ot the bock of computer case instead of those in the front.

  3. Regarding the brightness of the light on the comero, the brightness con be adjusted through the line control knob

How do I use my webcam with other video capture devices ?
The best way is to disable all other video capture devices and ensure the webcam is the default device .

To do this:

  1. Click on the start menu button, right click on My computer and select Manage.

  2. This will open the Computer Managennent window.
    Select Device Manager, then Imaging devices from the list. When you see the camera logo, right-click and select “Properties” Drop down the menu to find the “Camera” option

  3. Right Click on the appropriate camera device and select enable or disable as required
    If an additional USB camera has been plugged in, two messages will be displayed there. Unplug the external camera, then right-click the message and select “Disable Device” in the pop-up interface.
    Then plug the USB external camera into the USB interface of the computer. When the user uses the camera, the system will call the external camera device.

WARNING Do not dispose of unit in fire or water.
