Instructions

The leva® Pelvic Health System can now be added as an order set in Athena® EHR.
Open your AthenaNet page and follow the instructions below to add leva as an order set.

  • STEP 1
    Click the gear icon tab on the top right of the Athena toggle bar

  • STEP 2
    Click on “Order Sets” in the dropdown list under My Configurations.

  • STEP 3
    Name your order set

  • STEP 4
    Click on the search tab under diagnoses and search for the diagnosis code

    Once list is completed, click “add” at the bottom of the list

  • STEP 5
    Underneath each listed diagnosis, click “DME”
    Instructions
    Search and select “leva pelvic digital health system” in the search bar and then click “save”

  • STEP 6
    After “leva Pelvic Digital Health System” is added, click on the product name under each diagnosis to set prescribing options.

  • STEP 7
    Click “search” and type “Renovia”
    Instructions

  • STEP 8
    Repeat steps 6 and 7 until all diagnoses have been added to the “Diagnoses and Orders Detail” list and the supplier (Renovia) has been listed for all diagnoses. Then, click the “save” button at the bottom of the list. This will bring you back to “My order sets” which will look like this:

    • Female stress incontinence (N39.3: Stress incontinence (female))
    • Urgency incontinence (N39.41: Urgency incontinence)
    • Mixed urinary incontinence (N39.46: Mixed incontinence)
    • Overactive bladder (N32.81: Overactive bladder)
    • Pelvic floor muscle wasting (N81.84: Pelvic floor muscle wasting)
    • Fecal incontinence (R15.9: Fecal incontinence)
    • No Diagnosis
    • LEVA PELVIC DIGITAL HEALTH SYSTEM
    • IMPORTANT: After the leva order set is added to Athena, each individual provider will need to manually add it to their order set list to access this new order set.

leva® is intended for strengthening pelvic floor muscles; and treatment of stress, mixed and mild to moderate urgency urinary incontinence (including overactive bladder); and first line treatment of chronic fecal incontinence (>3-month) in women.
