Product Introduce

Function Description

Wearing Method
Take out the earbuds from charging case and put in ear canal gently, adjust the earbuds pefectly fits your ear canal and not more shake.
If not successful, pls try another size of earbuds tips. Please pay attention the microphone hole when answering a phonecall, if cover by hair or anything will affect voice quality.

Charging Instruction

At first use, please tear off insulation film and full charged for earbuds and case.
Please use type-c slot for the case charging.
Open the Earbuds case the lights indicate ：

1. When flashing quickly – battery is low.
2. Breathing effect – medium power.
3. The lights stay on – full power.

The breathing light effect show off when the case charging. When lights OFF indicate battery full charged.
Earbuds charging from charging case:
The red light ON when charging and light OFF when full charged. When the earbuds battery low, the voice prompts “Low battery”, While the red light flashing once every five seconds.

Connection and Pairing

1. Push to open the charging case, took out the earbuds, both will automaticlly connected each other.
2. Open device Settings – Bluetooth – Search for Bluetooth name – INVA-S – and tap Connect.
3. Bluetooth connection succeeded: “connected”. Bluetooth is disconnected: “disconnected”

1. If the connection fails, put the earbuds back charging case and repeat the preceding steps.
2. You can try to restore factory Settings (see reset operation) If the earbuds can not pairing each other.
3. The earbuds will be auto paired once they have been turn on if they have been paired before.
4. Monaural/binaural mode: Put either of earbuds back charging case,it will auto switch to monaural mode and vice versa.

Q1 Left earbud or Right earbud no voice
– 1. Clear the connection record of the user’s Bluetooth device, put the earbuds back the charging case and try pair it again.
– 2. Try the reset operation (See Reset Operation for details)
Q2 When is a reset needed?
– 1. Only single one earbud are working
– 2. Unable to connect to mobile phone
– 3. Failed to switch Monaural or binaural mode
– 4. it is probable that some hardware fail
Q3 Troubleshooting of fail to charging
– 1. When the charging case with fully power,It is normal that the indication light is off if continual to charging.
– 2. Pls make sure the usb cable and slot are keep working.
– 3. Repeat plugging and unplugging the charging cable several times,trying different converters and sockets.
– 4. Check if the charging pinhole is missing or lost its elasticity.

Reset operation

1. Turn on charging case, hold earbuds button for 10 seconds and realease when you heard the prompt tone of power off, and the indicator light goes off.
2. Press again and release it you heard the prompt tone of power on, and indicator light goes on.
3. Take out the earbuds and pair with bluetooth device. If the connection fails, repeat the preceding steps.

Product care

1. Do not disassemble, repair or modify the product for any reason, otherwise it may cause danger or even completely damage the product.
2. Do not put the product in an environment where the temperature is too low or too high. (below 0 celsius degree or above 45 celsius degree).
3. Please keep product in a dry environment, and do not close to the fire source, which will affect the function of the product.
4. Do not use alcohol or other volatile liquids to clear the product.
5. Please read this user manual carefully before using the product.
6. Please full charged it if it’s not used for a long time.
7. Chargers must be selected from regular manufacturers and certified by the national ccc.
