Important Safety Instructions
- Avoid dropping.

- For the safest and fastest charge, use original or certified cables.
- This product is suitable for moderate climates only.
- The maximum ambient temperature when using this product must not exceed 95°F / 35°C.
- Open flame sources, such as candles, must not be placed near this product.
- Only use a dry cloth or brush to clean this product.

Using Your USB-C Docking Station
Power on Your Dock
- Plug one end of the included power adapter into the DC-IN port and the other into a power outlet.
- Press the power button. The LED indicator will turn green.
Connect the Dock to Your Laptop
Connect your laptop to the dock’s USB-C upstream port using the provided
cable. The LED indicator will turn blue, and your laptop will begin charging
at a maximum of 100W.
Install the DisplayLink Driver on Your Laptop
Once the dock is connected to your laptop, the DisplayLink driver will be installed automatically. If not:
- Download the DisplayLink driver at support.displaylink.com.
- Follow the instructions to complete the installation.

Port Overview
USB-C 3.1 Port
Connect USB-C compatible devices such as SSDs (Solid-State Drive) to the USB-C
3.1 port (15V/2A, 5 Gbps). You can also charge your phone or tablet at a
maximum of 30W via this port.
USB-A 3.0 and USB-A 2.0 Ports
Charge your Apple Watch or other accessories via the USB-A 3.0 port (BC 1.2).
Transfer data to and from USB drives via the USB-A 3.0 port (5 Gbps) or the
two USB-A 2.0 ports (480 Mbps). These ports can also be used to connect other
USB devices such as keyboards and mice.
Ethernet Port
Connect the dock to a router or modem at 10/100/1000 Mbps via the Ethernet
port.
Audio Jack
Connect headphones, a microphone, or other audio devices with a 3.5 mm AUX
connector (not included).
HDMI Ports and DisplayPort
Connect the dock to up to three monitors via the HDMI 1.3 port (2K@50Hz), HDMI
1.4 port (4K@30Hz) and DisplayPort 1.1 (2K@60Hz). Monitor resolution varies
depending on your laptop’s video transmission mode:

When using a MacBook or a Windows laptop, all three connected monitors can show different content. Please note that only the HDMI 1.4 port (4K@30Hz) supports HDCP.
