- The appliance is not designed for connection via an external timer switch or remote control.

The REMOSKA® Prima consists of four basic parts:

- Pan
- Stand
- Removable cable
Instructions for use
- Before its first use, the pan with the non-stick Teflon® surface should be washed in clean warm water with detergent, and then dried thoroughly.
- We recommend filling the pan up to 2/3 of its height, in order to avoid contact between the food and the heating lid, and subsequent burning.
- The pan is not designed for preparing dishes on cookers and hobs because the bottom of the pan could be deformed.
- The REMOSKA® Prima is not equipped with an adjustment control because it cooks evenly and, therefore, you need not be concerned about burning prepared dish.
- The temperature inside the dish is 160-180°C (the temperature depends on the amount and type of food)
DO NOT PREHEAT THE HEATING LID OR THE WHOLE REMOSKA IF IT IS EMPTY!!!
- If preheating the Remoska without food i.e. “when empty” this could damage the non-stick Teflon® surface. If you need to preheat the pan then pour a small amount of water into it and once the pan is heated pour out the water and dry the pan.
- We recommend lifting the lid during the preparation of dishes only when it is absolutely necessary. The dish will dry out if the lid is lifted too often.
- The P31, P31 F (volume 2l) model is manufactured with three hollow screws and one blind screw. The P32, P32F (volume 4L) Remoska®Prima model is manufactured with four hollow screws. As a result the optimum conditions for baking are maintained. The screws need to be checked to ensure they are clear because over time they can become blocked with dirt/burnt food.
- When cooking meat please bear in mind that different types of meat contain varying amounts of water and fat. Therefore, avoid basting the meat in the pan with a non-stick surface as excess steam will be let out by valves in the lid. Prepared dishes will remain succulent and will not dry out with long baking, as is the case with a classic oven.
- WARNING : If basting meat then the meat does not roast properly and the meat cooking time is longer.
- DO NOT USE sharp or metal implements for mixing and detaching food from the walls or base as the non-stick Teflon® surface could be damaged. Always USE wooden or plastic implements. Never cut up food in the pan itself! Do not line with aluminium foil, baking paper or anything else between the lid and pan!Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply if leaving it without supervision.
If the Remoska power cable is damaged, immediately disconnect the appliance from the power supply and not continue using it.
Maintenance
(washing and cleaning)
Ensure that the REMOSKA® Prima has completely cooled and that the power is disconnected before cleaning.
CAUTION!
The lid must not be immersed in water!Do not wash the lid under running water!
NEVER WASH the lid in a dishwasher.
- Wipe the base of the lid with a a damp scourer that has been soaked in warm water with detergent (do not use its rough surface).
- The upper part of the lid is made of polished stainless steel. Even in this case NEVER use cleaning powders with abrasive particles or the rough surface of a scourer as this could cause scratches!
- Clean the pan as normal under running water using the soft part of the scourer and detergent. Do not use scouring powder with abrasive particles. We do not recommend washing the pan in a dishwasher.
