Pairing workflow
Warm Tip:
- The headset is in the pairing state only when the red and green light flash alternately. If the connection fails, you can restore the headset to factory settings (long press the “Power/Bluetooth ” button and “Volume+” button for 5s) to clear the headset pairing list in the device. After the list is cleared, it will automatically enter the pairing state.
- Due to different conditions, the effective connecting range of this headset is within 10-30 m. If your device is out of this range, the headset will be disconnected,and you can hear the sound:“connected”if the range effective within 5 minutes.
Input and output settings（Windows）
- Connect the headset to the computer via Bluetooth or dongle(Optional).
- Right click on the sound icon, as shown below:
- Open the sound settings, as shown below:
- In the sound setting interface, set the “Output” and “Input” to the headset driver. (The default is the system’s own output and input), as shown below:
- Open the conference software, and the “Input” and “Output” are also set to the input and output of the headset driver.
Note: The driver at the speaker icon in the lower right corner of some computers has stereo for music audio output and headfree-ag for call audio output.
Input and output settings（Mac OS）
- Connect the headset to the computer via Bluetooth or USB Dongle(Optional).
- Open the System Preferences as shown below：
- Select the sound settings, as shown below：

- Open the meeting tool.
- Select the “…” property settings, as shown below:
- Select the “Device settings”, as shown below (A):
- Select the “Microphone” input and the “Speaker” output as the headset driver, as shown below (B).

- Select the “Audio” setting in the “Mute” menu bar. Then select the default “Speaker” and “Microphone” as the headset driver, as shown below:
FAQs
Q: What devices does the headset work for?
A: Voipfocus Connect is suitable for those Bluetooth-enabled Android,ios, and
PC devices with Windows or Mac OS system.
Q: Dose it have mute function?
A: Yes,but the mute function is only effective during conversation.For other
third-party software,you may probably set the mute function on the device it
connects to.
Q: How to mute a conversation?
A: Press once the mute button during conversation, and you will hear the voice
of “Mute on” and then the conversation will be muted.And press once again the
mute button,you will hear the voice of “Mute Off” during the conversation.
Q: How to pair this wireless headset with my cell phone?
A: Long press the Bluetooth button till the indicator light flashes red +
green, then go into your Bluetooth pairing on your phone and select “AUSDOM
Voipfocus Connect” and pair!
Q: How to clear off the pairing list(Reset the headset)?
A: Press and hold the “Power/Bluetooth and volume+” button for 5 seconds, the
LED indicator will light off and then flash red and green. And the headset
turns into repairing mode.
Q: What should I do if I suddenly get a call while listening to music or in
a meeting?
A: In this case, you only need to press once the Power/Bluetooth button to
answer, if you need to refuse to answer please long press(2-3s) the
Power/Bluetooth button.
Q: Does the headset come with a charging stand?
A: There is a handy optional charging stand, which is available as an add-on
accessory.（Coming soon）
Q: Can the headset be used normally while charging?
A:The phone headset could not be used while charging.Please kindly use it once
it is fully charged.
Q: Does it let you know when the battery is dying?
A: Yes, the indicator light will flash red when the battery is low.Your
Bluetooth-connected device such as ios/android smartphone can check the status
of this headset, it would show you the battery left.
Q: Does this wireless Bluetooth headset with noise cancelling function
really have a noise canceling function? What is the noise reduction effect?
A: AUSDOM Voipfocus connect is a new design device with high-performance call
quality and sound quality by AI VoipFence technology,which can reduces over
95% of ambient noise.
Q:Will this headset announce the phone number when a call is coming in?
A:This device does not announce the phone number or any other identification
of the caller but simply rings.
Q:Can you remove the microphone?
A:This microphone boom can be rotated 270°, you can use it either left or
right, so no need to remove it completely.
Q:Does the headset cover the ear or sit on the ear?
A:It just sits on the ear, it doesn’t cover, and the protein leather ear
cushion is comfortable to use.
