RR Mechatronics Starrsed Rinse Solution 20L
Intended purpose
Product for automatic rinsing of the Westergren pipettes in Starrsed ESR analyzers.
Instructions For Use
The product is for use on the Starrsed analyzers only. The product is ready to use, refer to the Starrsed instrument manual for detailed instructions.
- Remove level sensor and spacer from the empty container in the instrument.
- Remove empty container.
- Place the new container.
- Open the box by tearing off the perforated part on top of the box.
- Remove the container screw cap and pull the neck of the bottle pack out of the cardboard box.
- Install the level sensor and spacer according the pictures provided in the Starrsed instrument manual. Make sure to place the appropriate level sensor in the container by matching the color code on the tube and on the container label.
- Select the PRIME function in the Starrsed instrument software to perform the prime.
Chemical/Physical data
Contains surfactants (2 ‰ by weight ) and some excipients (<1.5 ‰ by weight in
total) to boost the cleaning by surfactants and the preservative sodium azide
(< 0.5 weight ‰).

Transport/Storage/Packaging
Stability during transport: 5 – 60 °C (maximum of 14 days) Store at 5 – 35 °C in dry conditions in well sealed containers. Started Rinse solution QRR 010934 is supplied in 20 Liter containers, LxWxH 38,5×25,5×27,5 cm.
Safety
Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to this product must be reported to the distributor and/or manufacturer and the competent local authorities.
Shelf life
- After production: 2 years, but no longer than the expiry date.
- In-use stability: Maximum of 3 months at an advised temperature of 5 till 25°C.
Ecological information
- Generally not hazardous for water.
Disposal
Recommendation Must not be disposed of together with household garbage. Do not allow the product to reach sewage system. Disposal must be made according to official regulations. Recommended cleaning agent Water, if necessary with a cleaning agent.
