Make sure to always wear the earmuffs in noisy environments, without interruption. The wearer should ensure that the earmuffs are fitted, adjusted and maintained in accordance with this Instruction Manual. Check earmuffs regularly to ensure they are in proper working condition and store them in their original clean packaging. Earmuffs, and the pads especially, can wear out from use and should be checked for tears or leakage regularly. Putting covers over the earmuffs may influence their acoustic performance. Please note: children’s size. This earmuff shall only be worn by children of at least five years. At this age the bone structure of the children’s heads will be so solid and strong that the risk of deformations is eliminated. This earmuff is suitable for children with a head height up to 130 mm only. Please make sure the child wears the earmuff correctly and continuously. Please minimize the time a child spends in a noisy area. Excessive usage time can have adverse long term effects, e.g. due to the pressure on the head; a recommendation for a usage time of approximately 90 min without break and approximately 3 hours per day in total. Weight: 176,3 grams. Material: Headband made from BK net fabric + PU, padding made from PVC+PU Some chemicals have a negative impact on the earmuffs. Not following the user manual instructions can severely harm the earmuff’s service life and their protective capabilities. Alpine Hearing Protection is not liable for any resulting damage. Further information should be sought from the manufacturer. Hereby, Alpine Hearing Protection, declares that the hearing protector Muffy is in compliance with the PPE regulation (EU) 2016/425.
