Installation Guide
LED Roadway Light
- High Mast Luminaire (ERHM03)
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
- Read these instructions and save for future use.
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Disconnect power before service installation, or maintenance of the product.
RISK OF INJURY OR DAMAGE
Unit will fall if not installed properly. Follow installation instructions.
CAUTION
Wear safety glasses and gloves during installationand servicing.
Storage & Handling
- Store packaged units in a covered dry area
- Check for damage
- Do not impact
- Do not stack
Mounting
- Mount on round tenon.
- Open cover.
- Open clamp to pipe OD.
- Insert pipe thru housing.
- Luminaire may be tilted with respect to pipe. Shift steps to level fixture front-to-back.
- Rotate to level side-to-side.
- Once level, tighten bolts evenly.
WARNING
- Do not torque bolts greater than 12 ft-lbs. (16.3 Nm). Damage may occur.
Wiring
RISK OF SHOCK OR DAMAGE
Follow applicable national and local electrical codes.
RISK OF DAMAGE
Verify supply voltage and wire insulation temperature rating match nameplate
requirements.
- Extend wires past pipe.
- Connect leads. Torque screws per Table 1.
- Gray / Pink Lead = 0V DC (-) Violet Lead = Up To 10V DC (+)

- Linear Transition between Low and High.
- Tolerances may affect levels and linearity
Photoelectric Control
- Rotate receptacle to aim “N” to North.
- Lift, rotate, release, press to seat.
- Insert, twist to lock.
Final Assembly
- Close cover without pinching wires.
Rotating Optics for Asymmetric Distributions
- Loosen set screw.
- Rotate to desired orientation.
- Re-tighten the set screw.
NOTE: If rotation stop is reached, reverse direction to orient in desired direction.
Maintenance/Cleaning
RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK
Make certain power is off before attempting any maintenance.
- Use mild soap/detergent.
- Rinse with cool low pressure water.
- Wipe dry with clean soft cloth.
