possible, the box with the inner packaging in a safe place. If you pass the
appliance on to a third party, always include all the relevant documents

Intended Use
This appliance is designed for mixing, puréeing or chopping
food. For example, it is very suitable for preparing mayonnaise, dips, sauces,
soups, baby food and milkshakes.
It can also be used in hot dishes.
The appliance is intended for processing household quantities.
The appliance is intended for use in household and similar applications. It may only be used in the manner described in these operating instructions. You must not use the appliance for commercial purposes.
Any other use is considered improper and may result in damage to property or even personal injury.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage caused by improper use.
Unpacking the Appliance

Remove the appliance from its packaging.

Remove all packaging material, such as foils, filling material, cable ties and cardboard packaging.

Check the scope of delivery for completeness.

If the contents of the packaging are incomplete or if damage can be detected, do not operate the appliance.
Return it to the dealer immediately. -
There may still be dust or production residues on the appliance. We recommend that you clean the appliance as described under “Cleaning”.

Important Notes for the Use of the Appliance
Read the instructions!
Only use with “LX10B-050200E” power supply unit! Do not use any other power
supply unit with a USB connection to charge the battery.
Do not use power supply with damaged plug! If the pins of the plug part are damaged, the plug-in power supply shall be scrapped.
CAUTION:
- Choose a charging location that does not expose the appliance to direct sunlight or other heat sources.
- Do not charge the battery unattended.
- After charging, always disconnect the charging cable from the appliance and the power supply unit from the socket.
WARNING:
If you use the appliance in hot food, there is a risk of burns from hot
splashes.
- Immerse the blender rod in the food before switching on the appliance. This will prevent splashing
CAUTION:
Do not use this appliance to chop hard foods such as ice cubes, nutmeg or
large pieces of block chocolate. This may destroy the blades
- Chop large pieces of solid food before puréeing (max. Ø 1.5 cm) and add some liquid.
- Short-time operation: Do not use the appliance continuously for more than 1 minute. Let the appliance cool down for about 1 minute before using it again.
- If the food is too solid, stop the process after 10 seconds. Reduce the amount of food being mixed. Loosen up solid food. This will prevent the motor from overheating

Charging the Built-in Battery
Check the charge status of the rechargeable battery: Press the safety switch (2) twice quickly. If only one blue LED lights up on the battery status indicator (6), the battery must be charged. Two illuminated LEDs indicate that the capacity of the battery is between 33% and 66%.
It is not possible to operate the appliance during the charging process.
To charge the battery, proceed as follows:

Connect the charging cable to the USB-C port on the back of the appliance and the power supply unit.

Connect the power supply unit to an approved power outlet.
– The LED (3) under the safety switch indicates the charging status.
– The LED (3) goes out when you disconnect the mains plug from the socket.
– It is normal for the appliance to heat up during charging. -
Stop charging after 2.5 hours at the latest or when the LED (3) lights up blue continuously
CAUTION:
After charging, always disconnect the charging cable from the appliance and
the power supply unit from the socket.
Assembly/Disassembly
WARNING: Risk of Injury!
- During assembly, there is a risk of crushing your fingers. Be especially careful.
- Check that the appliance is not in standby status to avoid unintentional switch-on and thus a hazard.
Attach the Blender Rod
Place the blender rod on the motor housing until it clicks into place.
Remove the Blender Rod
When dismantling, pull the blender rod off the motor housing while holding
down the two buttons (9).
Protection Against Unintentional Switch-on
The appliance has a safety switch (2). You can only use the appliance if you
press this safety switch twice quickly. The LED (3) indicates readiness for
operation for 7 seconds. If the LED goes out, further operation is blocked.
Operation

Immerse the entire blender head in the foodstuff or beverage. Hold the appliance vertically. This way you avoid splashes.

Press the safety switch (2) twice quickly.

Grasp the handle with one hand so that you can press the push button (4). Start within 7 seconds. When the LED (3) goes out, the appliance is no longer ready for operation. The process must be started again.

With the other hand, you can adjust the speed with the – or + buttons. The green LED shows you the speed level.
– You achieve a pulse mode by pressing and releasing the push button in intervals. -
Release the push button before pulling the blender head out of the food.
End Use
The appliance switches off when you release the push button.
WARNING: Risk of Injury!
The motor continues to run briefly. Wait for the blade to stop in the blender
head
Cleaning
WARNING:
- Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply unit before cleaning.
- Never immerse the motor housing in water for cleaning. It could cause an electric shock or fire.
- The blades of the blender rod are very sharp. Be especially careful
CAUTION:
- Do not use a wire brush or other abrasive objects.
- Do not use sharp or abrasive cleaning agents.
- Do not use a dishwasher for cleaning
- To pre-clean the blender rod, fill a container with hot water and operate the blender rod in it as described in “Operation”.
- For thorough cleaning, separate the blender rod from the motor housing as described in “Assembly /Disassembly”.
- The housing can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth.
Cleaning in Rinsing Water
You can clean the blender rod in warm rinsing water with a little hand
dishwashing liquid. Dry the blender rod well afterwards.
Storage
- Clean the appliance as described and allow it to dry completely.
- Always store the appliance out of the reach of children in a well-ventilated and dry place.
- The storage temperature should be between 10°C and 20°C.
- We recommend storing the appliance in its original packaging if you do not intend to use it for a long period of time.
- Life of the rechargeable battery: Even when switched off, the rechargeable battery discharges continuously. If the appliance is out of use for a longer period of time, charge the rechargeable battery at least once every 4 to 6 weeks.
Troubleshooting

For information: It is also not possible to charge the battery until the
appliance has cooled down.
