Charging Method

Please make sure the battery is charged before using it for the first time.

  1. Connect the mouse with the included charging cable.
  2. Count switch (charging) LED: When the mouse is connected to the charging cable for charging, the LED lights up red, and the LED lights up green when charging is completed, please disconnect the charging cable. Be sure to use the included charging cable for charging. Charging time is about 3 hours.

Connection with Mouse

<How to connect to 2.4GHz wireless devices>
*Note: It is recommended to close all other applications before connecting the mouse.

  1. Switch on the mouse, press the pairing / connection button to switch to 2.4GHz wireless (USB A) mode or 2.4GHz wireless (Type-C) mode. 8 Channel A LED blinks slowly: the mouse enters 2.4GHz wireless (USB A) mode; Channel C LED blinks slowly: the mouse enters 2.4GHz wireless (Type-C) mode.
  2. Power on the computer and start the operating system.
  3. 0pen the receiver storage slot, remove the corresponding receiver and then insert the receiver into the corresponding port of the device.
  4. Hardware detection starts automatically, and a wizard for updating the device driver will start up. (Installation is completed automatically in Mac environment)

• Sleep Mode
If the mouse is not operated for a certain period of time even when the power switch is ON, the mouse will enter the sleep mode. The mouse will recover from the sleep mode by clicking or operating the mouse. The operation may become unstable immediately after recovery.

How to Store the Receiver

Insert the receiver into the receiver storage slot on the back of the mouse.

Multi-pairing Setting Method

Multi-device pairing can support 2 devices (1 device connected in 2.4GHz wireless (USB A) mode, and 1 device connected in 2.4GHz wireless (Type-C) mode) and switch the connection.

  1. Switch on the mouse, the current mode LED light will blink slowly 6-7 times.
  2. See step 8 “Connection with Mouse” to complete the connection pairing of related devices respectively, each channel corresponds to one device.
  3. Press the pairing / connection button to switch to the appropriate channel to select the device.

Customize Buttons (Windows only)

Once you download the driver software from the website, you can use the button programming function. To use custom keystrokes, you need to keep the software enabled.

Troubleshooting

Q.The mouse (mouse cursor) doesn’t move.

– A. 1. Make sure that the mouse’s power has not been switched to OFF.
2. The battery may be low, please try to charge it.

Q.If the mouse is not moved for some time, it takes a few moments to start up. The mouse (mouse cursor) doesn’t move.

– A.If the product is not moved for some time, it enters sleep mode to conserve the battery. Pressing the button on the mouse will restore movement, but it will take a few seconds.

Q.The mouse cursor does not move smoothly.

– A. The Blue LED sensor is a very high performance sensor, but the cursor may not move smoothly on materials that reflect light, such as mirrors, or on transparent materials, such as glass. Also, the tracking performance may be degraded on regular patterns.
Problems specific to Mac

Q.The up and down scrolling is reversed on Mac.

– A.Please try the following method.
1. Select Apple menu→System Preferences-‘Mouse.
2. Uncheck the “Scroll Direction: Natural” checkbox.
