General questions about using the vacuum:
How do I assemble my vacuum?
Insert wand into pod.
Insert handle into wand.
Attach hose to back of vacuum pod. Attach hose to clip on wand. Insert C-shaped clip onto base of vacuum pod and remove tape.
For proper operation, ensure all parts are firmly clicked into place.
How do I remove the handle to clean above floors?
Press the Release button on the back of the handle and gently lift the handle off the wand. Add an accessory and begin cleaning.
How do I remove the handle with extension wand to clean above floors?
Ensure the cord is not wrapped around the cord clips.
Press the Release button located opposite the power button on the top of the
pod.
General questions about maintenance:
How do I can the filters and how often?
Clean filters regularly for optimal performance. Normal usage is between 4 to 6 hours a week.
Pre-motor foam and felt filters: Under normal usage, rinse clean every 3
months.
Remove the dust cup and pull the foam and felt filters out from the motor
housing. Rinse filters thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear. DO
NOT place filters in the dishwasher or washing machine. Squeeze out excess
water and let filters air-dry completely for at least 24 hours before
replacing. When filters are completely dry, reinstall the felt filter first,
then add the foam filter on top.
Post-motor HEPA filter: Under normal usage, rinse clean every year or as
needed.
Remove the dust cup by pressing the button on the dust cup handle. Press down
on the top of the filter door, then tilt the door and lift it out. Remove the
HEPA filter cartridge and rinse under cold water, dirty side down, until the
water runs clear. Allow the filter to air-dry completely for 24 hours. Once
the HEPA filter is dry, reinstall it by inserting the bottom into the pod
first, then press in the top until it clicks into place. To reinstall the
filter door, insert the bottom into the pod first, then press in the top until
it clicks into place.
How do I empty the dust cup and how often?
Hold the dust cup over the trash and press the bottom door release button on the front of the dust cup. The bottom lid will drop open. Tap gently to empty contents. Close the lid, pressing it until it clicks into place. If needed, turn the dust cup upside down over the trash and press the top door release button. Tap gently to remove contents and wipe clean with a soft cloth.
How do I maintain the brushroll?
Using a coin, turn locks counterclockwise, then lift the door to access Brushroll.
Clean off any debris on the bristles.
If you run over a hard or sharp object or notice a noise change while
vacuuming, check for blockages or objects caught behind the brushroll. Clear
away any dust, dirt, or blockages in Debris Intake.
To close the cover, push down until it clicks into place, then close the locks with a coin.
