It comes with a charger but no headphones and it’s not original apple product

Mine its unlock and will take any sim card from any country. It works. I seldom travel to south America and have no problems with buying sim cards about $10 for 2 weeks’ worth of time.

It works in Panama and Puerto Rico.

Yes, our device was originally sold in our retail Verizon stores.
