FAQs

How long does the battery last?****

The battery will last for about an hour on high and about 4 hours on low.

What is the difference between low and high?****

The flashlight has two modes, low and high. On low, the flashlight will give you about 4 hours of light, while on high it will only last for about an hour.

How do I turn the flashlight on?****

Press the power button to turn the flashlight on. Press again to cycle through low, medium and high settings. Hold down the power button for a few seconds to turn off the flashlight.

How do I charge my 18650 battery?****

To charge your 18650 battery, simply unscrew the tail cap of your flashlight and insert your battery into the charging port. Plug in your charger into a wall outlet or a USB port. The red light will turn on when charging and will turn off when fully charged. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge your 18650 battery.

How do I charge my Bolder flashlight?****

The Anker Bolder LC40 flashlight arrives fully charged and prepared for use. It’s more difficult to recharge because a micro-USB cable and a 5V 1A adaptor are required. The micro-USB cable is included, but it is little and simple to lose.

How long does it take to charge an Anker flashlight?****

LONG-LASTING: The superior rechargeable 3350mAh battery that comes with the product offers intense, non-diminishing brightness for up to 6 hours (Medium- beam mode). LEDs have a long lifespan of 50000 hours. With the accompanying Micro USB cord and a 1A adapter (not included), you can recharge in just 6 hours.

How do you charge the Anker Bolder LC90 flashlight?****

While the battery is within the lamp, it is charged using a micro-USB cable. The product is referred to as a “Super Bright Tactical Flashlight” on the company’s Amazon sales page. The LC90 is, however, included among the “home improvement” products on the Anker website. According to Anker, the light has an IP65 rating and is dust- and water-resistant.

Are rechargeable flashlights worth it?****

Rechargeable items frequently cost more, but they are well worth it given the value they offer. The environment benefits from rechargeable torches and headlamps because they use less energy and don’t need batteries to be changed.

Can you leave a rechargeable flashlight plugged in all the time?****

Your charged lights won’t reduce the battery capacity if you leave them on a charger.

Can you overcharge a rechargeable flashlight?****

When a battery or item is placed into a charger after it has reached full charge, overcharging takes place. This can shorten the lifespan of the battery. According to Battery University, lithium- and nickel-based batteries should be kept at a 40 percent state-of-charge when being stored.

How do you know when a rechargeable flashlight is fully charged?****

Your best resource is the mains adapter’s LED indication. The LED on the torch should be red while charging is necessary and turn green after it is finished charging when the plug is attached. When the battery is fully charged, the torch circuit will stop the charging process.

How long do rechargeable flashlight batteries last?****

A low-lumen flashlight (one with less than 50 lumens) will typically last between 20 and 50 hours. A high-lumen flashlight or headlamp (above 150 lumens) will run for roughly 2–8 hours on its highest setting, but a flashlight with 50–150 lumens will run for approximately 6–12 hours.
